Product is fine, price too, but delivery got delayed by almost 1 week, what led to unabbility to use the trainers in the race I was registered for.

I have ordered from Forum Sports a few times in the last number of months and I have been very impressed with their service. Everything works and their staff in stores are incredibly helpful. Good job, thanks.

Poor communication about late delivery.

I ordered a bike bag for home delivery to Getxo (Euskal Herria, Spain) - needed Sept 18th latest to transport a bike on a flight on Sept 19th. On ordering it was due on Sept 17th or 18th. However it did not arrive at all, so on the evening of Sept 18th I had to spend 3 hours frantically searching for cardboard boxes in recycling bins in town and then constructing my own artesan box with 60 metres of duct tape(!)

Again, no communication from Forum Sport. I called - no answer. I completed an online form - no response, and suddenly, days, later - notification of a my refund, with no communication or explanation at all.

I have been let down and inconvenienced, and the lack of communication was disappointing.

Purchased two Skateboards, one with a Lion design, the other with a T-Rex for my twin Nephews.

The T-Rex one I received was damaged / a used product to which I can only imagine was either a display product or a return.

When returning this to the store, I was not given the option for a direct exchange for the Lion variant (as they had no more of the T-Rex one) but I had to return it for a refund (wait X days to appear on card) then re-buy the Lion one. In addition, the Lion one was cheaper online than the T-Rex one, but in store they said it wasn’t, even though I showed them my invoice, meaning I had to pay more for it!!

Long story short, poor attention to detail and lack of customer care, who sends out used and damaged goods and tried to get away with it!

The quality of the product was as expected.
The time of delivery was complied. Even a few days before.So, I am satisfied

I believe the experience in stores here in Spain is pretty good, staff is great and prices tend to be higher than official brand stores but there's usually good deals in sales. My only complaint is that deliveries seem to take in average 1-2 days more than other stores (e.g. Adidas, Decathlon), but I guess this must be my personal perception.

Easy to order to the store & collect but a bit confused by their sending me a discount code to use after I had made my purchase? However, great product so I can’t argue.
