Awful customer service
I signed up to Fortrade simply to have a look at the platform and see what the company was like. Almost immediately, I started receiving calls from someone claiming to be my account manager.
I wasn't interested, so I ended the first call and unsubscribed from further communications. Despite this, I continued to receive repeated calls from the same person.
The final call was the worst. After I ended the call, she rang me straight back and rudely asked why I had hung up on her. I explained that I had unsubscribed because I wasn't interested and that I kept ending the calls because they were unwanted. Her response was simply, "Well, I didn't receive anything," in a dismissive tone. At no point did she apologise for the repeated calls or acknowledge that I had asked not to be contacted.
I found the sales approach incredibly pushy and the customer service completely unprofessional. A simple apology and confirmation that my details would be removed would have resolved the situation, but instead I was made to feel uncomfortable for not wanting to continue the conversation.
Based on this experience, I won't be using Fortrade and would not recommend them to anyone who doesn't want persistent sales calls after signing up.

Fortrade have come back to me saying they stopped communicating with me, and made it seem like I was in the wrong. My complaint with this company is the way a member of staff spoke to me rudely, and I unsubscribed but kept getting calls. Not worth signing up.

Unacceptable Support During a Margin Call
I had a serious issue with a margin call, and the way this broker handled it made no sense at all. My account was frozen, which meant I couldn’t open new trades or even close my existing position. I was already in a live trade without a stop loss, so every second mattered.
I called customer support immediately, but instead of explaining what was happening, the account manager asked me questions like, “Is this your first time experiencing this?” That wasn’t helpful. I clearly requested that my trade be closed, but all I was told was that they had contacted the relevant team. No one could confirm whether my position had actually been closed.
To make things worse, I was logged out of MT4, received no replies to my emails, and no one seemed able to explain what the actual problem was. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark while my money was at risk.
I’m still waiting for my broker to call me back. They seem quick to contact you when they have market predictions or want you to place a trade, but when you need urgent support, the communication disappears.
Based on my experience, I would recommend using a broker with reliable customer service and better account management. Traders need confidence that they can access and manage their positions, especially during critical situations.

Harassment!
After emailing these asking for them to close my account they continue to give me funny phone calls where they dont talk and hang up. Always on a different number after blocking them each and every time! This is now turning into harassment! I'm currently disabled temporarily whilst in physiotherapy! This is unacceptable! Beware of this company as they dont seem to understand go away!
They've called another 8 times since asking them to leave me alone!
