Nice Marketplace, the lights are on, but no one is home.

I do like this marketplace, very simple layout and not to many bells & whistles. My only gripe is communication with the owner & teams, I have sent many messages via the site and social media and ask many questions why they don't answer my messages regarding no updates on social media, new tools & stuff coming to the platform, kind of being in the dark really, surely buyers and sellers are not going to be interested in buying & selling products here if there is no response from the owner, what if something breaks on the platform, who is going to fix it if you can't communicate, the reason why I closed my shop. Shame, I thought it was going somewhere.

Poor customer support

I've asked the owner for help never got a response.
I've asked the owner to close the account and still nothing yet.
I've sent the owner a text and messages and same no response.
This marketplace isn't worth selling on.
The marketplace owner hardly advertised the marketplace

So to make it clear just keep away from the site.

Paid for items, then within an hour seller canclled my order and then refunded. No explanation given and seller then ignored my emails.
