I've had tay forth blinds come out and measure and couldn't be more helpful. At the end I got the vertical blinds installed last week and my windows look so much nicer now. I'd highly recommend the company.
I bought perfect fit roller blinds from Forth Blinds about 7 years ago. Recently one of the blinds wouldn't stay down and kept popping back up. I phoned and two days later they came out to repair them. The job was done quickly and I was not charged. I'm very pleased with the service and would use Forth Blinds again.
Don't make our mistake: we bought blinds from Burgh Blinds, and they never fitted them. A guy came around with a ladder, it was not long enough, and then they never bothered to come back.
Luckily, my wife spotted the Forth Blinds van in the street. We asked them how much to fit the blinds, and the quote was great. True to their promise, Jack came round on the day promised, but with - uh oh - a too-short ladder. But he came back - within the hour - with Andrew the intern and the longer ladder. Blinds fitted very fast, job done, couldn't be happier.
Next tie we have a problem with our blinds or want to buy more, we're going straight to Forth Blinds. Thanks guys, great job!
