A very disappointing experience, stay away

* Misleading promises by the sales team that the product doesn't live up to

* Yearly, non-refundable subscription model

* The most expensive product in the entire industry (along with the previous point makes it a very expensive venture)

* Support response is a canned "sorry we do not provide this service at this time" with no outlook on when the requested feature might be ready or if it's even in the roadmap

* Disregard for requests to discontinue emails / NPS surveys
