Service Not Yet Completed After Two Years

The owner of this business, Jana Tancred/Lafayete, previously ran Tanglewood Floral Preservation. My wife and I paid $375 to Jana in September 2023 to preserve our wedding bouquet. Over two years later, we have still not received the product, despite repeated assurances that it was coming "in two weeks." My messages have gone largely unanswered; phone calls have not been returned and email responses are rare. I have since seen other publicly posted reviews describing similar experiences. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions. I've filed complaints with the appropriate authorities. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
