Worst place to order from. I lost $158.00 because they put wrong address on my package. I called them, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Please do not order from them

Terrible customer service
They have a few interesting designs, but their sizing is far off the mark -- I typically wear a M or L max, but their L tank fits me like a XS.
Most importantly, the have some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. It literally took me hours on the phone with them to address a few simple matters that should never have been issues to begin with -- after making an online order, a couple of T-shirts that were NOT supposed to be "distressed" (that is, purposefully with holes) arrived with holes punched into them . . . and, after being promised refunds by a few different agents, and never seeing anything come of those promises after two weeks, only after I yet AGAIN called and finally demanded to speak to a manager did I get any notifications of being issued credits (not REFUNDS but rather credits to their store).
This is not to mention the back-and-forth I was sent through between the Forever21 phone line and that of the bank they issue their Forever21 credit card through, Comenity Bank.
THEN, upon making a return of another separate item at the local Forever21 shop, they refunded me for the wrong item from that same order . . . which of course was a cheaper item. I didn't realize till I got home that the store clerk there had ripped me off a few dollars (I mistakenly assumed they could handle a basic exchange, and didn't check my receipt while there, in my rush!!) *sigh*, idiocy
Sheer incompetence
Sheer incompetence. Was sent a poor quality item in the wrong size. Outsourced customer service department doesn’t speak English and makes returns impossible. I would never purchase anything from here again. Absolute waste of time and money!

They don't make it clear that items are coming from USA and if you need to return (which I did) it costs £25 to ship back to America meaning that you've lost loads of money on an order when there sizing charts are wrong!
Incompetence all around
My daughter received a $50 egift card for her birthday. It was never sent to my email and my brother had to have the number sent to him from the forever 21 customer service. The number sent does not work. I have tried 3 different browsers, my phone and my computer (as per their instructions.) The site is still saying it's invalid.
Last week I called and after speaking with multiple people was told it was being escalated, was working on their end and that I should call Saturday and it would be fixed. I called today and was told that they couldn't do it and now my brother would have to call and we would have to spend another week waiting. The customer service people do not seem to have any idea what they're doing, they're rude and this whole site is difficult to navigate. It is ridiculous we have to go through all this just to get the number voided and re-issued.
Buyer beware. If they is an issue they will not help you and will make it as difficult as possible for you. I will never ask anyone else for a gift card from this store and I would definitely never buy one myself.

Order never been delivered
I have ordered a beach dress 4 weeks ago, still no sign of it. I spent a long time trying to contact Forever21 a few days ago, they gave me a fake email address to the courier company and offered no refund. This was my last purchase on their website for sure. My holiday was a week ago.
FRAUD ALERT
FRAUD ALERT: I was told to ship defected items back and have not been issued a refund and also do not have the items anymore since I had to send them back. I essentially paid for items I did not get which is fraud…I can’t believe a corporation like F21 has the terrible customer service that they do. I was sent defective items and had to reach out a total of 11 times over chat and phone only to be told different things. I was asked for photos (which I provided many times over both chat and email) and ultimately was told to ship the items back. I had $5.99 deducted from my refund total for the shipping label and fast forward 3+ weeks, I have not heard anything. I have called many times and been told that customer service can not help me because they are not able to issue refunds and that the package is still in transit…what kind of return fedex shipping takes nearly a month to deliver domestically? I should not have had to ship the items back in the first place when it was their mistake to begin with and I definitely shouldn’t have to pay for return shipping. This has been an absolute nightmare. Please don’t shop with F21 online. I will no longer support this business.

Every time I was on hold for over an hour and, even was disconnected a few times. Finally, after almost a month, I decided that I would stay on hold for the duration. Can you believe I was the next one in line (according to their recording) for almost 3 hours. I just kept watching tv and keeping my phone on speaker mode. **FINALLY, after SEVEN HOURS AND 50 MINUTES, I gave up!
My issue has either gotten addressed, nor resolved!

Their app is riddled with errors. My default/preferred address in the app is my current shipping address. If any changes are made to your cart, the app somehow reverts to using prior shipping addresses that are not listed as the default. So unbeknownst to me, the app error sent a shipment to somewhere I lived 5 years ago. When i called forever21, they said they were not liable for their own app errors and therefore could not issue me store credit or refund, which defies logic. Absolute worst customer service ever.
WTH?
As of today, I'm officially waiting for two weeks to get my order from two states away from their warehouse in CA. Me and a friend of mine put an order together, over $200 between both of us for some summer clothes for vaca. I received a confirmation that it has been shipped out the next day. Five days later - no movement. Sixth day, FedEx finally got the package. But I'm guessing it would be here for the winter season, as by the speed of transportation, I'm assuming they're walking it over. Never again! What year do we live in?!? I order things from the UK, from Australia, from the EU and they are here in three days. And that's with customs inspection and everything. Maybe, when Forever21 says CA, they mean the moon?!?

Mill Creek/Mall of Georgia 3333 Buford Dr Space 1058A - my daughter and I were shopping for vacation outfits and I found a few things to try on the dressing room attendant told me my daughter wasn’t welcome to come in I informed her that I needed my daughters assistance. Then Joshua whom I learned later was the manage comes walking through the women’s dressing area he had a BAD attitude and starts to Loud talk my daughter for being inside. I’m not sure what I was more appalled by him walking into the ladies dressing area or him loud talking my daughter. He made the entire shopping experience awful, and we will not shop there again. Even the staff energy was off one employee was complaining about having to go to another area. He needs management training customer service training or maybe just a new profession. As a male you don’t invite yourself in the women’s dressing room for any reason while women are trying on clothes. He was Rude unprofessional his tune was not one for the work place especially when speaking to a customer. I gave this experience a one star but because of his unprofessional behavior it truly should be no star

The forever 21 in Fair Oaks Mall is very hot. The AC has been broken for a month and everytime I ask there is no idea as to when it will be fixed. It is a good store to shop at with affordable prices but the heat is killing my spirits. I have had to leave the store on countless occasions because I feel light headed and nauseated and that is everyone's feelings now. I feel bad for the workers that work there because they have to work in the heat. I quite remember it was 96 degrees outside and it felt like a 108 degrees in the store. That's overbearing. Please if you could fix it that would be much appreciated and by the way amazing customer service to the workers even through this hot situation.Thank you.

If you have a cough or fever, Forever 21 is the place for you! I called forever 21 when my daughter went into quarantine for 14 days for Covid exposure at school. I knew we had a return to make but I too had to quarantine. They said fine, we had 90 days. Fast forward three weeks to tonight when I went to make the return and was told it was only 30 days—and I should have come while my daughter was in quarantine if it was that important to me. WOW. Just wow. We will never be back. I am disgusted by a retailer who does not think the CDC guidelines applied to them. They’d rather put your health at risk than honor their clerk’s assurances.
