I ordered a denim mini skirt! I received a skort instead! When I called customer service to report that the item that I received wasn't as described as on the website! The customer service representative, tried to make me pay for a return label for $6, after they screwed up the description of the item on their website! My money should have been returned to me..or they should have just sent me another item! I'm done with them..I usually order from Shein or Fashion Nova..or Amazon because they automatically refund your money for their mistakes!!

I ordered a sweatshirt and was sent the same wrong sweatshirt twice. I asked for a discount and return free label for the second order and return, which I did receive. However, when I received my refund they charged me for the shipping on both returns. This was a mistake on your end both times, not mine!!! What a fraud!!! I called back to explain it and was told that a request form had to be submitted for the refund on the shipping and that it would take 2 days and of course no refund for the shipping on both of the returns. I would give them a 0 rating, but it’s not allowed!!! Just WOW and not in a good way!!! Also, in my verified emails from Forever 21 that were sent to me regarding the returns it showed a picture of the incorrect sweatshirt being returned twice from me. And an estimated refund of $22.00 for each return and received all together around $25.00 for the both of them. Why be deceiving and send two free shipping return labels when you end up charging me for it in the two refunds??? Just disgusting and dishonest!!!

Do not purchase with your item shipping to you/store and expect an honest ship date. I received an email saying my order shipped to store Jan 11..estimated delivery Jan 17th. I don't get any updates by Jan 24th so I contact support and they say it didn't even ship until Jan 16th. Why would a company send a false ship date? I've never encountered this from a business. Lying to customers is not a good look and when confronted with it having support act like it's your problem isn't either.

**Shipping Scam** Charged for Canceled Item
I purchased some items on black Friday for some of my daughters Christmas presents. It was a total of 4 items. When I checked my order the next day, it was sitting in my shopping cart. Thought that was weird and resubmitted my order. When I received my order, only 3 items shipped. Checked my email and 1 item was canceled for being out of stock. Checked my Amazon Pay and my bank statement, the full amount was withdrawn. I also saw on Amazon Pay that this charge was placed 3 times and canceled and on the 4th attempt went through. The first time I talked to CS, they apologized and said that the refund could take up to 3 weeks. The second time I chatted with CS, they apologized and said that the refund is in process. The third time I chatted with CS, they told me to check with my bank about the charge and that they only charged for the 3 items. The original charge was $82.24 and they swear up and down that they only charged me $55.20. Customer service would not give me a fax or email so I can show them my proof of the over charge. This is a lot of hassle to go through for $27. But the point is that they initially charged for an item they knew they didn't have and now are refusing to reimburse for their error. $27, 1 month of waiting, roughly about 2 hours of phone and chat time, a lot of gas lighting. They were not interested in seeing my Amazon Pay invoice or my bank statements. I'm tired of this $27.04 fight, just never shopping there again.

I am a very loyal customer at forever 21 online and in stores. However I recently made an order and my package was not delivered and I called customer service and they told me that I have to wait 2 weeks for it to be investigated. Money don't grow on trees I don't think I will order again. If I can't find it in stores I try another store. I need my money back!!!!

As mentioned in an article on PIRG, Forever21 is fast fashion which means you should know what you're paying for and the durability of the products.
Pros: Shipping is great and I've never had a problem.
Their sizes are relatively the same. So, like, a medium sweater can also be compared to the size of a medium dress they sell.
Tips: Always use honey (chrome extension) to make sure the things you like are on sale. Most of the time, Honey offers cashback on many of the items you're looking at.
Cons: Great pictures for subpar material. We should all know what we are getting into when we shop here though.
Plus, in my opinion, a lot of things they sell are made with very thin material I've noticed.

CS staff is rude or hangs up on you and the issue is not solved. Numerous escalations through social media are not responded to. If you are an international customer I would urge you to buy anywhere else.

I tried to place an order online. I wanted to use Klarna as my payment method. Twice I tried to get the order to go through. A hold was placed on my bank account and Klarna has a pending order but Forever 21 can find no record. They will not communicate with each other and just keep sending me auto responses while my fund remain on hold. I keep being told to just wait. NO help. Very poor business practices on both ends. They are frauds and thieves. Customer services is worthless.

Review: I recently purchased a few shirts from Forever 21, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After the first wash, the shirts shrunk significantly, rendering them unwearable. When I approached the store to exchange them, I was met with a frustrating response.
Despite the clear issue with the product, Forever 21 refused to provide an exchange or any form of resolution. The lack of customer support and willingness to stand behind their products is disheartening. As a loyal customer, I expected better from a popular clothing brand like Forever 21.
The shrinking shirts coupled with the store's uncooperative exchange policy have left me with no choice but to share my negative experience. It's essential for customers to be aware of these shortcomings before considering making a purchase from Forever 21.

I went into the Lenox Square location and there was a young lady there who was new to me because I live near and go there all the time. When I went to the register to pay for my merch she greeted me with a brilliant smile and clear happiness on her face. We bonded over the style of jeans I was purchasing and I discovered she was a flower child like myself She told me about some jeans that she had purchased and thought I would love and asked if I would like to see them. After she rung me up she checked to ensure her coworkers were in the clear and asked me to wait a minute because there were no more left on the Sales floor but she remembered seeing a bunch in back stock. As she approached me with the jeans in her hand out of nowhere a rude man who I determined was her manager interrupted our conversation by saying she was hard headed and does not listen. If it wasn't for the fact that this young lady was so kind and customer service driven I would have put them down and walked away. I absolutely loved the jeans just ad she thought and got back in the line to purchase. As I was leaving I let her know that I bought the Jean's and thanked her because I truly liked them, I was amazed at not only how she had the eye for my taste which is vastly different from what people wear today but I was most impressed by her friendly and welcoming attitude and in how she exceeded my expectations and went above her basic duties to assist me. I plan on writing to headquarters or the owner because the fact that he could clearly see she was helping a customer I am irate at the fact that he felt the need to chastise her and berate her in my presence. It was uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I'm big on customer service and am not impressed these days with the lack thereof. I'll definitely shop there and look for her again, just as I plan on contacting corporate to tell them that my shopping experience was overshadowed by a rude and disrespectful Manager.
