customer service is a joke
To whom it may concern..your customer service is lacking a lot in this department..several reguest about a part thru (email & phone) and there is no answer going on 60 days...i can understand the other review on this page..no return reply....your customer action tells me a lot about your company..if you cant reply about a $2.50 item ..what makes me feel as a customer feel that you can reslove any PROBLEM!

They never answer their phone and they never answered emails so if they ship your item to the wrong address because you've moved you're just out of luck.
I moved from California to Puerto Rico 12 months ago. They shipped my part to my old address. They got paid by PayPal but the part never reached me. I've been trying to get ahold of them for 3 months but they never answer their phone and they don't answer my emails and they got paid so they could care less if I got my item or not. So just beware when you order from them that they have the right address which they never confirmed with me in the order
