My order took a while to arrive but loved everything when it did,

The products from Fopew are of very poor quality. I was totally fooled by the beautiful pictures they had used on their site. The jumpers were not fit to be worn even indoors!
When I asked for a return address, I was given one in Dubai! Postage cost me £25.
Th total amount they should have refunded me is £59-65 excluding postage but instead they have only refunded me £46.97.
So I would strongly discourage anyone from buying anything from Fopew.

Lovely jumper. Perfect colours and fit and really comfortable to wear. I have just bought another jumper to try also.

The jumper on the photo is not the jumper I received. It was supposed to be a lovely chunky sweater and had great reviews. What I received is a very small very poor quality jumper. I am trying to return but get e mail responses offering me discount off the price and no option to return. BE VERY CAREFUL IF ORDERING ANY GARMENTS.

The two sweaters I received were awful!
Really thin and nothing like the chunky quality of the advertised photos.
The website promises refunds if not satisfied but all requests for a return label are ignored.

Often, buying clothes on line is a real lottery. I took the risk. Well, I just won the jackpot ! The jumper is of fabulous, first-class quality, the colours are true and the sizing is perfect. Absolutely delighted with this purchase. One very happy customer. Thank you.

SCAM - Don't waste your money or time with this company. False advertising, badly/cheaply made fake versions of what they have on their website. Products come from USA/China.

Terrible company. Do not buy from. Took weeks to get a shipping notice and only when I emailed them. Kept lying saying it shipped and it had only left China where it again sat for days and weeks. Then they informed me they could only ship part of my order. When it finally arrived approximately 6 weeks after ordering, 3 out of 7 items arrived. No invoice and no instructions on returns. More emails sent to get a return started. Very sketchy company and will never order from again!!!
