Footlocker.es Never Again

Unfortunately I received an email saying that my review will not be published because it does not meet the website standards..hence this review.. disappointed there is not a ZERO rating..
Disgusted with customer service
Will never order from this company again unable to contact customer service only a robot on duty.. tried to contact UPS delivery service and failed ..totally frustrated. THANKFULLY I have received the trainers from another company with no problem.

Impossible to make a simple purchase online

Tried to buy a par of trainers for my daughter. Four time I had to go through the lengthy PayPal process, only for Footlocker to tell me my address was invalid. It is NOT invalid. It's a city address in Barcelona that has been around for over 50 years. I tried paying by credit card another 3 times instead of PapPal. Again an error. So seven attempts to buy a simple product, and seven failures. What century are Footlocker living in? I wonder what volume of sales are lost to competitors each year to sub-standard sales systems? If I was an owner/investor, I'd be firing somebody/whole IT teams. Me, I'm off to Amazon...

Liars and thiefs

They state they will not take payment until order is shipped LIARS they take the payment immediately then they refuse to cancel the order a few hours later but the product is still being processed and they take days to ship the product.do not use. They are thiefs. My product still has not been shipped but they will not cancel and tell me I must return it when i recive it (whenever that may be). How can I do this when the order is still in processing stage and not shipped but they have taken the money when they state money is oy taken on Shipment.

Error 429 Too Many Requests

After I paid for the product on the site. my ip address was blocked, which means that I can not go to their site, only with vpn!!! WHAT???
They gave me a fake tracking number that is not tracked anywhere. As a result, I don't know what's wrong with my order and how to contact their support!
I regret that I contacted this disgusting online store. Do not make my mistake, do not buy anything here!
