SHADY BUSINESS!
Horrible experience with these lot. Bought ridiculously expensive tickets for a game which was supposedly listed as category 1 seats for any fan side. Instead got given category 2 seats for the opposition side and support couldn’t have possibly been any worse, refused to give any sort of refund despite not getting what I paid for. All they’ll do is shove their T&Cs down your face, horrible business model with shady practices at best. Use them at your own risk, because I certainly won’t be using this platform again.

The listing purchased was not sold with a guarantee for any specific fan side. It was clearly offered as a category where tickets could be located in any supporter section, and this was expressly acknowledged during the purchase process before the order was completed.
The tickets delivered were located in one of the valid blocks covered by the listing purchased and therefore complied with the terms of the order. The request for a refund was not denied simply because of our Terms & Conditions, but because the tickets delivered matched the product that was selected and purchased, were valid, scanned successfully, and were used to gain entry to the venue.
The issue reported occurred only after entry, when venue officials intervened due to the apparel being worn in the supporter section. The photo later provided to our support team showed attendance in apparel supporting the opposing team while seated in the supporter section that had been delivered.
We also note that this matter was not brought to our attention until the day after the event. Had we been contacted at the time the issue arose, both the seller and our support team would have had the opportunity to assess the situation and determine whether any assistance could be provided. Unfortunately, by waiting until after the event had concluded, no such opportunity existed.
As the tickets were valid, provided access to the event, and were delivered in accordance with the listing purchased, we do not believe the circumstances described can reasonably be attributed to any failure by either the seller or the marketplace.

Scammed out of £1,000 with no tickets
Think twice before using FTN after we were left scammed and Humiliated following a 5 hour journey to the game. Avoid if you want to lose your money.
We Paid over £1,000 for 4 tickets to a Liverpool game with Hospitality.
We travelled up from London to the game and upon entering our entrance, We were denied entry, no Hospitality which is what we bought them for.
The tickets were duped and not valid with zero help from FTN.
It was a humiliating experience and were left with no option but to head home.
We had no other choice but to contact firstly FTN and then our bank to try and get our money back. No response to emails but as soon as the chargeback hit, they were emailing me admitting fault and that they would make it up to me when the chargeback was closed.
Shock horror, they have since ignored my last 5 emails and I haven’t had anything back from them.
Awful service and I would look at using one of the other reputable companies instead rather than this start up

We received our tickets on time, on the day of the match, just a few hours before kickoff. They sent them by email, and they worked perfectly. We didn’t have time to print them, so we showed them on our phones and everything was fine. I also bought tickets for two minors; I contacted them and they replied immediately, updated their system, and helped us right away. I recommend them!

I am dissatisfied with the experience relating to my Liverpool ticket purchase, as the tickets were advertised as mobile tickets but were actually Apple Wallet membership passes issued under different names, which was not clearly disclosed before purchase. The tickets initially failed to scan, we were sent to fan support, and were asked for ID despite the names not matching ours, causing significant stress and anxiety throughout the experience. In addition, the seats provided were extremely far from the pitch and did not reflect the £500 paid.

No specific block, row, or proximity to the pitch was guaranteed, and alternative listings with such guarantees were available at different prices.
Regarding the ticket format, it can vary and it is outside our control. Your concern regarding the names on the tickets was raised only after the match. As explained in four different opportunities, tickets in the secondary market are frequently issued under the original purchaser's name, and there is generally no name check at the turnstiles.
We also note that no issue with ticket scanning was reported to us on match day. In fact, you confirmed you entered the stadium and attended the match, which confirms that valid tickets were provided. Furthermore, neither the club nor our team identified any restricted view from the seats supplied, and the photographs shared do not indicate an obstructed view.
We always encourage customers to contact us immediately during an event if assistance is required, as this gives us the opportunity to investigate and provide support in real time.
