It arrived as expected and in time and in a great condition, completely new with tags.
Had no issues with anything and luckily for me everything was very smooth and I would order again if thats remain the casr

He and my bank scammed me out of 900$. Used my bank and I never recieved the charge on my card, reached out to him to pay. Paid him directly, four months later I get charged again. I dispute it with the bank he goes ballistic blocks me after I tried explaining five times that I got double charged, he showed the tracking number. Bank sided with him, I dispute since two charges and they considered it a donation to him. Horrible dude and he is racist, he is equivalent to a maga idiot but British. Horrible guy and I wish he gets the same energy he gives.

This seller is a legitimate scammer and adult child. Was browsing the site for a friend and added items to cart to get an estimate on the total cost of items but didn’t checkout any items at the time. Thirty minutes later the shop owner banned the account because I didn’t buy anything. They literally blocked me because I was browsing inventory and then proceeded to harass me via email. The jokes write themselves with this shop. Save yourself the hassle and look at other shops with MUCH better service.

I placed an order on the 12/12/25 around midday and the items were dispatched later that day. They arrived a couple of days later safely packaged and were so easy to apply. Thanks again for the quick service and I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

I've purchased from Football Authentica on three separate occasions. My items all arrived in a timely manner (considering shipping was from the UK to Sweden), as well as carefully packaged. On one occasion I accidentally ordered with the wrong address, this however was quickly fixed with an email to their support. Also happy to report that VAT was calculated at checkout, so no additional customs fees (at least within the EU). From my experiences I cannot do anything else than recommending them.

Scam Alert – My Experience with This Website

I ordered four original namesets from this site, but things quickly went downhill. After some time, I received an email from the shipping company, Royal Mail, saying the delivery failed due to an “invalid address.” When I followed up, they showed me the address I had submitted—oddly, my unit number was missing. I’m certain I entered it correctly during checkout.

I tried contacting the seller multiple times via email to clarify and resolve the issue, but I never received a response. No updates, no refund, nothing. Despite several follow-ups, I was completely ignored.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed. Just a heads-up—be very cautious if you’re thinking of ordering from this site.

Honestly, I was kind of suspicious about buying namesets with football authentica reading the reviews but I actually had a great experience. I had a question and I get a quick e-mail answer and and the shipping and delivery was very quick !

Avoid using this business at all cost. An order I placed with them got damaged in transit. I kindly reached out to them via email multiple times about this issue only to be ignored. Reached out again via their social media accounts just to have them try to publicly shame me and then block me and ban my account from ever ordering from them again. Had to file a chargeback with my bank where this business refused to even cooperate. I have photo and video evidence of the damage and all communication between all parties demonstrating how irresponsible and childlike this business truly is.

I had a really disappointing experience with Football Authentica UK, and honestly, I’d recommend staying far away from this seller.
I ordered a nameset from them and noticed it didn’t quite match the printing on an official shirt I bought directly from Nike. So I reached out to ask about it. I thought it was a reasonable question, but instead of a helpful or professional response, I got nothing but attitude.
They immediately treated my question like an "accusation", got super defensive, and refused to give me any proof to back up the authenticity. When I tried to explain the issue, they just responded with rude, condescending comments and then shut down my account for no reason. All because I asked a fair question.
And it gets worse. They actually made a blatantly discriminatory remark, saying they were thinking of stopping sales to Asian customers because it’s "too much hassle". That’s completely unacceptable for any business.
Instead of owning up to a potential issue and treating a customer with basic respect, they chose to be aggressive and unprofessional. If you care at all about good service, honesty, or just being treated decently, don’t waste your time here.

I have ordered from him before, and while some items were good, others were bad. I had issues with many of the name sets and ended up emailing him about them, but he never responded. I also tweeted at him, and he banned me. This guy bans customers for the slightest complaint and treats his company’s social media account as his personal one, which is insane.
I’m especially pissed because my favorite jersey is ruined due to his name sets. I will never buy from him again and strongly recommend that everyone stay away to avoid the risk. On top of that, he is incredibly rude and refuses to combine shipping, even if you place another order just an hour after the first one.

Have used several times before with no issues. Tried to place an order, but had issues with the payment screen. Messaged to ask if alternative way to pay, only to be met with an incredibly rude response saying that i was "just not paying" and that my account would be blocked.... I was literally asking for an alternative to give them my business/money so this response seemed pretty insane. When i went back to them, they came back to state i was "making excuses" and confirmed my IP and account would be blocked.

Still no idea what they think i was trying to do, but now i clearly will never use them again. Judging by other reviews online, seems being ultra aggressive and defensive is the go to of the owners of this company so buyer beware. Might have other stuff going on in his life as the response was so out of the box.

Amazed they are still in business if this is how they deal with potential customers.

Horrible and unprofessional! I have bought from them many times, paying hundreds of pounds with no issue. Their items are overpriced but at least it's guaranteed they are authentic. Recently I bought a 2010 World Cup patch that's worth £20 before tax. The quality of the patch I received was very poor and the printing looks very muddy. I tried to contact customer service explaining that I'm sure that the patch is authentic but the particular one they sent me looks low quality. They felt offended as if I'm telling them it's a fake. Again I reiterated that I know it's authentic but maybe there is an issue with the particular patch they sent me but honestly I don't think they read my emails or maybe they can't understand simple English. They told me that £20 is really cheap for a single patch and I should be happy that they even have this patch for sale (yes they actually said that).
Finally they blocked my account on their website, simply because I told them that I patch they sent me has a quality problem.
Very childish and unprofessional behavior, it amazes me how businesses like this one still operates with this attitude.

I ordered in July 3 name, but 6 months have passed and I've received nothing. Apparently, my package was sent to Hull when I live in Italy, and still they have given me no info or comunications. Dont order from here please.

I ordered namesets for £175 and one of them didn't arrive.

I messaged them and told them about this. They claimed it was sent, which it obviously wasn't. Despite going back and forth with them, I didn't manage to get it sent to me or receive a refund. Only this reply: "Pls stop with all this hassle."

The order list which they included in the parcel had the last row, the row of the missing nameset, cut off. When I told them about this they claimed that it wasn't included because they don't print page two of an invoice on paper. It wasn't even half an A4 page (so not near two pages) and was obviously cut with a scissor, so they were clearly lying. This was for me evidence that they left it out on purpose, and not an accidental mistake.

Very rude and unprofessional treatment of their customers. This was my first and certainly last time I order something from them, and I would strongly recommend others to do the same. They're stealing your hard earned money and are playing Russian roulette with the namesets you've ordered.

EDIT: after messaging them and claiming I would leave a negative reply on every possible site, they blocked me on Facebook.

The patches are authentic, but the customer service is horrid. They treat customers with no respect. Darren is really a patronizing, condescending, and rude person. I suggest not working with them. There is no reason to deal with Darren or Football Authentica if you can find the patches somewhere else. Although they sell authentic patches, they are greedy, rude, and arrogant.

I ordered 2 name set(wich I waited 1 month to get but that's not the point of this 1 star review),and when they arrived i noticed that only one was there,and after waiting a whole month i found out that the name set I ordered and payed for was out of stock.
So I ask for my refund since the product I PAYED FOR WASN'T THERE and this guy has been ghosting me for weeks now.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you don't want to be scammed.

You paid,And received an item that doesn't look like the photo.
You show the evidence to the seller, and the seller tells you to "go find the manufacturer, not me".
After repeating this several times, he disappeared.
You can hardly imagine how shameless a person is to do such a thing.
