Don’t back from this website. They gave me wrong Royal Mail tracking number that said it has been delivered over 4-5 months ago when I’ve only just paid for crocs a-day ago. Just don’t waste your time on this website!

We sent a confirmation e mail with the tracking reference for the Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Parcel. You then sent us three e mails at 19.33, 19.43 and 19.45. The First message was headed - GIVE ME THE RIGHT TRACKING NUMBER! OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! You referenced that the Royal Mail tracking details we had sent showed that the item had already been delivered in May 2022. Your further messages mentioned similar content "Give money or I’m call my bank" and "Either I will get my money back. Don’t play stupid, you gave my a old Royal Mail tracking number". We genuinely gave you the correct tracking number from the Royal Mail. Yesterday the tracking details shows that your order was received at 12.16pm safely. We have rang and left e mails to discuss your issue but have not heard back from you. This review does not represent our service or the product you have purchased and received. If you wish to discuss this further please contact us via e mail or by phone.

I saw the Earth Spirit shoes that I liked on the FootArt website, at a very reasonable price, and ordered a pair. It seemed an easy way of buying, and with free shipping, it saved the time and petrol traipsing round shoe shops. Absolutely amazed to get the shoes 4 days after my order - beautifully packed, with a simple to use returns form. The style is just what I like, and the fit is great. I phoned FootArt to say thank you, and spoke to a charming man there. This is now my go-to way of buying shoes in the future!

At first I was sceptical as the price…
At first I was sceptical as the price of the shark jibbitz was very cheap compared to Amazon (over £10) so I ordered it thought I’ll risk it and I’ve got to say excellent service came within 2 days and it’s perfect, I’ll definitely be returning .. hopefully you’ll get some more jibbitz in too

No complaints here. Chose the free 2nd Class delivery option but the shoes still arrived within 48 hours. They were in good order, correct size and just what I was looking for when other online and physical shoe shops had run out of my size.
