Communication facile, produit excellent

I was contacted by Foodomarket Belgium almost 24/7—even at 11 pm—before I made a purchase. Now, when there's a real issue with my order, I can't reach them at all. It's unacceptable customer service and feels like harassment followed by total disappearance. I need to know who I can actually contact to resolve my issue—because right now, no one is reachable.

This is a prompt, promising service. I never had any issues with their service they always attentive response within 30 mins, even at the off clock you would get issues resolved, the produce quality and quantity are professionalized good. I would recommend with the fellow business colleagues to consider doing business with Foodomarket.com

I had an amazing experience with Food Market, especially Marwa, who has been extraordinarily efficient ,kind and helpful. Thanks to her and Foodmarket, my supplies have always been on time with good quality. I will continue to work with them and recommend them very strongly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and urge others to carefully consider the impact on their business when working with this company.

Initially, they offered low prices as an incentive for double cream, but those prices were soon raised. Additionally, the product quantities were reduced while the prices remained the same. To make matters worse, I received products with only a three-day shelf life, again at the original price.

While I understand that some of these changes may be due to their suppliers, the lack of effective management meant that the only party that suffered financially was me. If you are looking for a smooth and reliable experience, I would advise you to think twice before working with Foodomarket.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with foodomarket. This is the third time I've received incorrect items from them, and each time they have failed to supply me with the correct beef size. On top of that, their prices are constantly changing, making it impossible to budget effectively. The quality of the beef is subpar, and despite my repeated requests for better quality, they continue to send me the same inferior product week after week.

To make matters worse, I've been waiting for a refund for weeks now, with no resolution in sight. It seems like all they care about is taking your money and sending incorrect items. I would strongly advise against doing business with Foodomarket unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Foodomart are a great company for restaurants to order produce from. They have a very easy to use website and a great range of suppliers which they negotiate better deals than going directly to the supplier.
