Customer support reacted very quickly and positively to my request

The fitness recipes are a game-changer! They perfectly balance nutrition with flavor, making healthy eating both easy and enjoyable. I am deducting 1 star because they should offer payment method via PayPal also.

Did not sign up for this service, did not even know they existed until they tried to take money from my young son’s account, spoke to his bank and they de-linked the details so they can’t try again. The bank said they can get the details from links you click when buying from online shops like tik tok or when buying from smaller businesses that have hand held card readers that get stolen and they use the information from them. We believe it is the latter that they were able to get his details.
Please be wary and vigilant.

Tricked into paying whilst installing Cannon printer

Scam company....was on another website and something popped up as I was typing so I must have clicked something in error to actiate a subscription. The link on their website to cancel the subscription doesn't work and the phone number is out of order. Natwest also seem to be washing their hands of it bu saying I asked for the subscription. No I was tricked. Do now go near this company.

I don't understand what you sell that will interest me. I never signed up and do need my money back please.
I'm African to the core and not interested in whatever you cook please. Please refund my money.

It's a nightmare trying to cancel a subscription I never made. No idea where it has come from. Just scammers.
Didn't even realise about it till bank contacted me.

Thieves.... I don't know how you live with yourselves, stealing money from people. I hope you get what's coming to you... one day it will!!!

They’ve tried twice unsuccessfully to steal money from my bank account recently but thankfully my bank declined their payment and refunded me. I’ve no idea who they are or why they were trying to steal my money? Never heard of them nor bought anything from them? Who are they?

This is an absolute con. I only discovered I had a monthly subscription when it popped up on credit card.
I complained and they replied with a whole host of of excuses that i supposedly followed. Rubbish
Don't go near this company with a barge pole.

Huge scam. there is no way to get the money back. I did not know how they got the card details.

Absolute scammers, didn’t notice payments of 29 dollars were coming out per month for God knows what.
I don’t even now how I was subscribed.

Like everyone else reporting this company, it is clear they operate a scam outfit. In my case I only responded to potential fraud by seeing an email from them saying "Your subscription has been renew for £29.90 per month" and when I checked back it had used my Applepay credit card and debited back in October 2024. Sadly have to replace credit card AGAIN

Useless app stole my money hated this one

Stole several payments from my credit card. Fortunately Nationwide bank picked it up and stopped the payments and any future ones. But the end result is that my credit card was stopped and a new one issued , a delay of over a week when I was without a card and had to resort to cash.

Add me to the list of people who were googling something completely unrelated to food when a popup charged me one cent through apple pay then "foodie-hub.co" tried to charge me $29.90 a couple days later. Thank goodness I contacted apple and got a new card number immediately so the charge was declined.

After the $.01 charge I received an email with details about my subscription but when I went to the page I got a security warning that it's a fake site trying to steal my personal information.

Absolutely disgusting thieving scammers, I've reported them to the FTC.

I was scammed by foodie hub too. Was purchasing a product when thus popped up requesting 0.01 and I couldn’t get out if it, 4 days later they took £29.90 without authorisation. Had to cancel my card.

Why are these companies linked to genuine websites, it’s ridiculous. I will be reporting this as fraud if they take any money from my account.
