The famous company in Hillerød I work for has a contract with Food & Co and they run the cantine (breakfast and lunch).

Disregarding that the quality of the food they prepare is mediocre and some times weird (i.e. mixing beans with apples and calling it a salad), what I find the most sketchy from Food & Co is the amount of money they receive per contract and the tiny pieces you receive to eat when it comes to for example chicken, beef or other animal based products.

Basically meals are mediocre in taste full of carbohydrates like potatoes, legumes, root based plants, etc. and very little fiber, vegetables and scarce protein (if lucky you get a lot of chickpeas but no animal based proteins).
