Update March 30, 2026:

Fonbet knows exactly what my case is. They're using a money laundering check as a pretext to avoid paying out.

But they're doing such a poor job of it that they're simultaneously accepting further bets with very high stakes.

An unbelievable contradiction.

I've deposited over €1 million with this provider. Money laundering laws require checks upon deposit, not withdrawal!

If Fonbet wins, they keep your deposit. If Fonbet looses, Fonbet doesn't pay out winnings! So Fonbet is always the "winner," even if it's not legal. But Fonbet doesn't care!

I'm now taking legal action against Fonbet and will keep all users updated here.

Fonbet is definitely a scam.

I lost approximately €700,000 net there.

Originally, it was over €1.2 million.

In the summer of 2025, I made a large win.

The first €50,000 was paid out quickly...then more and more slowly, and finally not at all.

They try to hide behind anti-money laundering laws, even though I have clear proof of all deposits.

According to anti-money laundering laws, Fonbet should have checked the deposits.

But as long as you lose, Fonbet doesn't care.

The more documents you provide, the more detailed questions they ask, all just to avoid paying out.

I will now file a lawsuit and take further action.

Please avoid this provider for your own protection!

SCAM WARNING

SCAM WARNING – Unfair voiding of winning free bet

Client ID: 76525057

On January 23, 2026, I placed a free bet on fonbet.com.
The bet was accepted and later settled as winning.
The winnings were credited to my account.

However, about one hour later, the operator cancelled the bet and removed my winnings.

They literally took my money back after I won.

The free bet was cancelled ONLY because it was winning.

No evidence, no clear explanation, no specific rule violation was provided.

After communication with support, I received only this generic message:
“Betting organiser discovered that a customer is abusing free bets.”

No proof. No details. Nothing.

Important facts:
- I declined all first deposit bonuses.
- The operator automatically credited me 4 free bets: €5, €5, €7.84, and €25.
- All of them were lost.
- Only after one free bet finally won, they cancelled my winnings.

So the loyalty program works only when you lose?

When you win – they cancel and keep your money.

This is not fair play. This is manipulation.

Fonbet cancels winning bets without justification and keeps players’ money.

Stay away from this scam casino / bookmaker.

Shady service Avoid scammers

Shady service
I passed verification on my account and made 1 withdrawal, on the next day they suspend account and ask to pass verification again. Now I wait a week already since I provided documents and they do nothing, my account is still frozen without any reason.

SCAM

Guys stay away from them. They are a SCAM. Once you deposit you will never get your money from them. Customer support is non existent. They lower the limits of bets and not even let you bet to create volume. TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY

It's bad beyond conventional badness: atrocious.

I will only state this thing about them: They give you a free bet, you use it on a bet that's gone VOID, and they don't return the free bet: it's lost.
