The product arrived in a timely fashion. The plastic buttons on the active video camera were gummy and had degraded. I suspect the item was stored in an excessively hot environment for a long period of time. As a result, the camera has not been used. It may be returned.

The camera was did not work when I received it. The buttons where all messed up and pushed in.

The camera did not work. The buttons disintegrated the first time they were touched. I asked to send the camera back as defective and the customer service rep said throw it away and she would give a full refund.

You dishonest folks intentionally sent out these cheap cameras that you KNEW to be defective (I have looked at the reviews where most had the same issue that I had with rotting plastic buttons). You knew it yet you sent them out anyway. I will never buy from you again. You are dishonest jerks.

Received the item on time as indicated. The item looks good, although I haven't tested it yet, it looks nicely made and feel heavy, just the way it should to create those grill marks without pressing it on the meat with your hands.

purchased cameras for our property. They work as expected. Easy to install

I purchased the JBL Flip6 with the hard case. The product was easy to find on the he website and it was fast shipping too. I received the product and the speaker is perfect but the case although is not damaged the zipper is extremely tough to open and close and it looks like the stitching around the zipper is going to eventually tear due to the amount of force it takes to open and close the hard case zipper. Over all great company, great speaker, but the case if this is zipper is tough for all hard cases of this brand then I would not purchase another one as it really is difficult to open and close, my 9 year old cannot zip it if that gives you any indication to the difficulty of this products zipper function.

Best deal I could find in the time frame I had on an optic that rarely goes on sale.
