I had tickets for the Nice Jazz Festival July 2020 which was moved to 2021 however advised that a refund could be requested due to COVID and we could not travel either at this time. I requested a refund and got a response to provide the account details and then nothing. I have been trying to get the refund for 18 months! 200 euros taken - will not book with this company again. I wrote a later of complaint to their head office and received nothing! Appalling service and company. This seems to be a common theme from other feedback.
I booked tickets in november 2019 and the event was supposed to happen in march 2020 but it got delayed due to covid. The dates got moved around and now I can't attend the event. They said that people who can't come can refund their tickets. I'm trying to reach the support for TWO MONTHS already (almost 3)!! I've sent several emails with their instructions and reached out to the venue. Nothing came back from Fnac. Absolute scam.
