I really appreciated the staff and the professional approach of people. I don't speak good French and they were nice to let me feel confortable supporting me in this transaction.

hines when it comes to their selection of books, electronics, and all sorts of other goodies! I always find something new and exciting every time I visit. That said, I’ve noticed their customer service could use a bit of a speed boost, especially when it comes to resolving online order problems. It can be a little frustrating waiting for a response :/

Bought a kick scooter via a marketplace partner (Riderspot). It had several defects. I contacted the partner via the Fnac website. No response. A couple of months later i contacted Fnac who told me they no longer work with that partner but as they have no trace of the original complaint they can’t do anything. No replacement, refund, repair, nothing.
Edit: after a long battle I was refunded 90% of the cost. It was such a lengthy stressful process which involved being accused of doing the damage myself based on photos I sent them, I will still never use them again.

They advertise products as in stock, but when you order it takes weeks to deliver.

Customer supports is worth nothing, they comfort you product will be delivered in a day or two but week later still nothing

Mais svp développez votre offre en magasin quitte à vous agrandir en quittant cette petite cave du centre d’Amiens on est souvent obligés de visiter l’offre de fnac market place et je vous en prie développez l’import il y a bcp trop souvent d’indisponibles cd

If you don't live in France never ever use this company. They completely broke the law and stole money from me, and PayPal wouldn't help out because it's an abroad transaction. Some loophole!!

Absolutely awful service. Purchased an item for my daughter for Xmas but it proved faulty. It was returned to the nearest FNAC outlet and a receipt received. However, after nearly 2 weeks and multiple calls to FNAC SAV (with a different story and promises each time.....!) still no sign of a replacement. They seem to be completely disorganised when a product needs to be replaced or returned. Better buy via Amazon!

Pre-ordered a game there 1 year before release, about 20 days after the game released they simply cancelled the order. No uodates before hand or heads up.
Niw there no change to preorder the game or even get the edition...

Do NOT order if you are not from France. I ordered two music albums on 11.11.2024. They didn‘t ship it out and I didn‘t have any update on the 18th, so I contacted customer service. They re-sent the package, but forgot to declare it so it was stuck at the border for a week. I asked them to provide the paperwork, but DHL claims that they never got it. Then, after a week, they re-sent it again. But this time they forgot to add the bill ????? So it got sent back at the border again. I requested for another try to re-send it because it was really important to me. They forgot to do it, and today I got a mail that I will be refunded if I send the package back. I contacted customer service and they told me they can‘t do anything and I have to order it again. I definitely won‘t do that because one month later I don‘t have my package because the workers either forgot the declaration or the bill. So this is a major failure of the customer service. My emails are also left unanswered.
