I moved into an apartment where Flyttbyrån had carried out the move out cleaning, and the result was far from acceptable.
There was visible dirt left in the kitchen cabinets, vents, and bathroom, and several surfaces did not appear to have been cleaned at all.
I contacted the company to report the issues but received no response — neither by email nor phone. It has now been 24 hours without a single reply.
This is very poor customer service, especially considering that a move-out cleaning should leave the home in move-in ready condition.
Because of this, our move has been made significantly harder. We now have to clean ourselves while the movers are bringing in our furniture, which is both stressful and unacceptable.
I unfortunately cannot recommend this unprofessional company — poorly executed work and zero communication.
