The cost is fair. And you get what you've paid for. Will definitely fly with them again!

The price is cheap and the food is good, The staff in Beirut are rude, they asked me to open labtop bag in spit of the weight was 3,5 kg, and They didn't find any thing else Laptop, However, he did not apologize.

The worst company ever. I thought they would be more professionals but in fact, they just get your money and than don't want to answer your question.
You can buy your ticket for the exact date but it is the Airline who will decide when you will take your flight. They rescheduled my flight for 4 days and even though they knew it before the day of departure, they did not even try to contact me or give me some information about. They are refusing to help me, even though I was calling them and pleasing and asking them to help me. I've missed the wedding of my best friend. I am stuck at the airport, I have no money to take another flight to go home or to go somewhere where I can stay overnight and I will be not able to participate in the biggest day of his life.

Thank you for ruining my life and I hope you used the money you stole from me for the celebration of your success.

These people do NOT have online checking. This means, if for any reasons (like a delayed train in my case), you don't make it to the manual check-in, you will miss the flight for sure and there is simply NO ONE to reply to your messages. I was at the airport 40 minutes before the flight and all of the counters were closed. If they had online check-in like any other modern airline, I could board the plane.
I sent them an email and politely asked about the missed-flight options and possible refunds. Guess what? NOT a single line of reply even after sending a follow-up after a month. Also their Austrian phone number is FAKE. It is not their number at all. You can check it.
I'm a frequent flyer and this is the first airline which officially does not reply to emails. Noble!
I'd avoid them for the rest of my life.

Excellent. Best flight ever

We should fly with Germania to Rhodes in july. We were 7 1/2 hours late because off troble with the brakes. In the airport we received a paper in wich we could read that because of the delay we could get ome money back. It's an international rule. We have been writing to Germania since we got back from our holliday but no matter how we try to contact them we don't get any answer !!!! Very bad service.

We flew we Germania for the first time last year. It has to be said, we had never heard of them prior to this, hence were a little anxious. However, flights both ways were super. The staff provided a professional service and were very helpful.
We would fly with Germania again.
