Items showed different shipping transition for 2 months and then just stop at “us transportation” and no more communication and generic AI email says check with neighbors for item may deliver to wrong house. It never made it to any house according to the tracking that just stopped.
I bought an item from this company in Normal. The shipping took so long I had to buy the item from another source. I did review their website for their return policy and they not only said they accept returns but that the customer would only have to pay for shipping one way. I contacted them before it arrived as well as since but they refused to give me a full refund. They want to give me 14 dollars for an item I paid nearly 60.00 for.
I highly recommend you do not order from this company. They are a scam and refuse to refund your money. If you do research on the company before you buy you will find many places are saying they are indeed scammers.
I ordered Solar House # lights and what I got were tiny little battery operated lights. I asked for the order to be corrected and they said my order was correct. I declined their $12 dollar offer for the mix-up and asked they refund my $60. The increased to $18 and I informed them I would be disputing charges.
