Excellent quality at a good price.
I was a little reluctant initially to purchase from Flush based on their overall ratings but I decided to give them a chance purely on the price being fair.
I bought to back to the wall close coupled toilets. Fast delivery, everything in one piece and hassle free. Will definitely use again

Poor customer services and lack of response. Placed an order for a number of items to the value of £1,000. All arrived with the exception of one item that was delivered approx 1 week later. Though at this point the services was good. However.... one of the items was damaged on arrival so had to order a replacement which eventually came. Once again it was in poor condition and had damage!! So ordered another. I'm still waiting for this to come and have been for a couple of weeks. Flush haven't responded to my emails to try and find out a delivery date and their customer services number either goes to answer phone or tells me there is no space in the mail box!!! I am having to pay a plumber to come back on a second day to fit the replacement item (if it ever arrives) so I am out of pocket. Not happy with service and thats a shame because it started off good.

Placed an order for two bathroom mirrors but only one was delivered. Called customer services and they said "these things happen" - i got the impression they couldn't care less. They had to reorder from their supplier so will be over a week late. They blamed the courier but I don't think it was dispatched. Good prices but poor execution. Don't rely on them if you have trades lined up to fit your goods.

I ordered the Premier Quest Freeflow Bath Filler, Side Valves and Overflow, Chrome. Took a long time to arrive (over a week) and then to top it off it doesn't come with all the items you need to install the taps and fails to inform you in the product description/ additional details (no reducing nuts even though mentioned in the instructions). After contacting customer services they proceeded to ask for more and more photos until 4 days later (only sent 1 email a day!) they said they could not supply the item. The reducing nuts only cost £1.12 each so this is not a big ask for them to be included with the product but could have potentially cost me hundreds to pay for a plumber who couldn't fit the bath and taps! I would never order from Flush bathrooms again.

Ordered a toilet claimed to be in stock on 3-6 day delivery. After 3 days chased a delivery date. Told they would get back to me, they didn't. Chased again to be told it's not in stock but might be in 10 days time! They held onto my money and didn't even bother telling me that they hadn't got one. Hopeless and very annoying.

Ordered a Whirlpool Bath and panels. The bath is great, only problem was the panels didn't fit as they were too deep for the bath. However they agreed to pick them up at their expense and have given me a full refund so can't say fairer than that.
Only other issue we had was that we were left with the pallett after delivery. Flush Bathroom tried to get it picked up but the courier wouldn't do it.
Overall a good experience, would use again.

Before purchasing a toilet suit I asked if it came with all fixings and fittings was told yes, when it arrived it didn't so I contacted them they promptly sent a fixing kit to me which was the wrong kit, I contacted them they told me it must be the fault of CASSELIE and would contact them and get back to me they haven't. Poor

Looked online for a while until I came across Flush Bathrooms and found a rainfall rigid riser shower kit at a price I was happy with. Proved a great buy with a solid feel and quality finish to this Hudson Reed Infinity shower kit. Easy to fit to my Mira excel power shower as an upgrade to the standard hose and rail. Looks stunning and provides a great soaking from the larger head than I had seen on other similar showers that are more expensive. Arrived in good time and well packaged. Thoroughly recommended but make sure of the height as one of my shower units is mounted too high on the wall and this rigid riser would not have fitted this particularly shower and can't be shortened.
