Scammers so please do not order if you dont want to loose money!!!!!

I needed to install a chimney liner for my wood burning stove. There’s some great advice on YouTube, so I made lots of measurements then went online to order the parts. There are about 6 companies to choose from, so as a first time purchase this wasn’t an easy decision. Although NONFUMO is not the cheapest for all parts (not a big difference) they had plenty of choice and a reasonable website. However, my deciding factor was Trustpilot reviews- which is why I’m writing one.

The products arrived within 2 days, carefully packaged in recycled materials and well made. The online support was excellent.

I chose the more expensive liner 904 as the scaffolding cost £700 so I don’t want to replace it again. I also went for the pot hanging cowl which comes with well made jubilee clips.

You definitely need to wear gloves as the liner is like handling razor blades. If it gets stuck - rotate it.

There were problems with the delivery of my order, due to very poor service from ParcelForce. I reported this to NonFumo Flue Systems. Paul looked into this very promptly and offered to chase things up with ParcelForce and open a complaint on my behalf. He also kindly refunded the delivery charge - I had not requested that. Thankfully there was a satisfactory conclusion.

I recently ordered a twin wall system and their customer service provided very helpful advice. Delivery was speedy. One item was damaged in transit and it was replaced on next day delivery. I would recommend them.

Initially the service was excellent as ordering was easy and delivery better than expected but when the goods arrived parts were missing so I contacted nonfumo immediately and got a standard reply back and now after several attempts to get sorted with no response from them I am very disappointed.

Products of very good quality and fairly priced. Service was fast and efficient.

I bought an Ecofan Airmax last week. The price was the cheapest I could find on the internet or from local suppliers. The website was easy to use and the description was comprehensive. I ordered on-line and chose standard delivery also very reasonable and promised 3-5 working days.
The next day the fan was delivered by Parcelforce at 10.45 am as notified by a text from Parcelfoce. I had also received an email from Nonfumo Fluesystems advising me of the progress of my order.
I then decided I needed a thermometer for the Woodburner,again Nonfumo Fluesystems had the most choice and best prices. I ordered on - line again, chose standard delivery and this time it was delivered by my Royal Mail postman the next day before 11.am.
I think this is excellent service and would recommend checking out Nonfumo Fluesystems for any woodburning requirements you may have.
The added bonus is that they use Parcelforce or Royal Mail rather than any other courier especially not the dreaded Hermes.

We have bought from this company several times and they are fantastic. The products they supply are good quality, and they are always delivered so quickly. We were unsure as to which chimney cowl to buy due to the large size of our chimney pot, so we called them and spoke to an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable gentleman, who advised us.
