Poor quality chocolates, not worth the price, looked the part but sadly taste and texture were disappointing to say the least. Service not great either. Enjoyed looking round the beautiful shop though.

Ordered 3 tier Bamboo plant and I was emailed about delay times due to supplier issues but still got it delivered to me relatively quickly and in amazing condition. Beautifully packed with a bow and a handwritten personalised message. Good present for my mum!
Plant has 38 stalks and 3 tiers, as I was trying to find if it says anywhere how many stalks.

Absolutely excellent customer service! I could not be more pleased with my recent transaction.

Great selection of gifts (including diabetic chocolates which will make the day of the relative I'm sending them to!), prices are reasonable, and flowers are very artfully chosen and arranged.

One of the items I ordered was unavailable, but I received a telephone call only minutes after ordering, offering a suitable substitution.

When I later discovered the intended recipient had been taken to hospital, the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful indeed, and assisted me in redirecting the delivery.

I'm so impressed that The Harvest Garden will now be my first choice of supplier for any flower deliveries I require in the future.

Like others have said the customer service is all but non existent and border line rude.
Items not in stock, but showing as in stock and delivery very slow indeed.
To echo another reviewer - want to support small businesses, but not when they are unreliable and unhelpful.

I ordered bird of paradise flowers online and when they were delivered they were not in the best condition as the courier had not gone to the right house so missed the original delivery day and kept them overnight in their van/depot so they were not freshly delivered in the best condition the day after. I contacted The Harvest Garden and they were prompt with email replies and replaced the bird of paradise flowers at no extra cost and had them delivered and they were in excellent condition. Excellent service!

Always order from here. Great selection which I don't think you'd get from many places. Quick delivery and decent prices.

Ordered chocolates, website easy to use. Goods arrived quickly and were very well packaged, thank you......

I've use them for many years and they often make a mistake with the order but they sell things no one else does and they always resolve the issue in a timely manner.

They're not perfect but atleast they try and the food is excellent.

I love buying from them because they sell lovely things. But be prepared for hiccups. Would recommend.

Ordered flowers for a wedding gift for next day delivery. The delivery arrived however several flowers were damaged upon arrival.

Whilst this may no necessarily be a fault of the harvest garden their customer service to assist with this issue was next to nothing. After numerous attempts to get in contact with them I was only replied to on the initial enquiry and was asked to send images. It has been over a month now and I've still had no response since.

Avoid.

Ordered Casket Flowers for my Dads funeral. Despite being allowed to select the delivery date and pay for the order, two days later I was EMAILED to say my order could not be delivered and had been cancelled and refunded. Would like to support small businesses but on this occasion found the larger florists more realiable especially during this already stressful time.

I once again purchased flowers from Harvest Garden Morningside for a funeral. This time it was for my partner's funeral so it had to be special and it was.
The service on the phone was perfect as was the double ended display.
Can't thank you enough Harvest Garden staff.

Ordered some lilies for mothers day which arrived on time and looking nice, but they never came out of bud. Tried to solve privately by email but no response despite three.attemprs. Very disappointing customer service as well as the flowers themselves.

I purchased 2 Easter Eggs from this so called company, not cheap cost me nearly £30. Arrived smashed into little pieces. Completely ignore emails. DO NOT BUY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! Found same eggs on another site and far cheaper.

We've been buying from the Harvest Garden for more years than I can count. They are always pleasant, helpful and efficient and the quality of the plants and flowers is excellent. They can also be relied on to deliver on time. I can't recommend them highly enough and the chocolates are good too.

Bought some cyclamen and they died very quickly despite caring for them properly. This shop is bursting at the seams with plants to the point that they are even displaying them on a pavement that the council have widened to allow distancing during COVID-19.Disappointing plants and merchandise displayed irresponsibly.

Hi ordered and payed for 2 boxes of liqueurs but only one was delivered, emailed them but no reply . Will not be using this shop again. Be warned not to be trusted

Ordered a flower sheaf for a funeral-was very dubious about ordering online but because of a short time period didn’t have any option.Totally disappointed with the flowers ,a very small display.even though I purchased the large size.The flowers used were nothing like the ones displayed on the website.I complained to the company on returning from the funeral they asked me to send a photo of the flowers and add why l was disappointed,so they could contact the local “florist”to me.I couldnt believe they used a local florist to me as a charge of £6.99 was added to the order for delivery.The reply back from them was the flowers were of the same quantity and size as advertised but the stalks were cut shorter.No apology offered let alone a refund.DO NOT USE this company they take your money and offer no customer service whatsoever.
