SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE SCAM

SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE SCAM -THEY WERE CALLING MY PHONE BEFORE I COULD EVEN COMPLETE MY ORDER ONLINE.
I ordered a funeral arrangement and paid an express fee to have delivered within 4 hours, the next morning I was called asking if they could substitute flowers because they didn't have everything to make this arrangement. When I asked why these were not delivered (within in 4 hrs) as I had paid for express, their answer was "we called and checked his viewing isn't until today." GRRRRRR it is not their place to decide that. when I paid for a 4-hour delivery and almost 24 hours later they are just getting around to making them. They did refund the $4.99 express fees and offered a $5.00 discount for their changing the arrangement. Not right considering I just spent $166.00 for this particular piece...

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! DO NOT order from them !!!
I ordered 2 funeral wreaths to be delivered to the church 2 days ago. I waited and waited at the church, so I called them to see what time flowers would be delivered since it was already 10 minutes after the service started. I was shocked when I was told that the flowers were not going to come! So WHY did they not call ahead of time to tell me they could NOT deliver the flowers?!! This Service us a SCAM!!
They Said they were going to credit the money back in 2 to 3 days. Will wait and see if they do !

Scam, needs to be shut down

Total scam and definitely not based in the US. No delivery waiting to see if I get my money back. Wanted more money to deliver a day late. Canceling credit card.

We ordered flowers for a funeral 4 days…

We ordered flowers for a funeral 4 days before the funeral. They called during the funeral to say that they could not deliver the flowers. Then they were supposed to deliver them to the family of the deceased and they didn't do that either. On the phone with them now trying to get a refund.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong…

Flowers were delivered to the wrong funeral, but they will not accept responsibility, want to give me $15.00 discount on a $173.95 order. and keep getting canned emails about their policy, had to do my own investigation to find out why it was not delivered to the funeral I sent it. They are a joke!

The funeral spray was not delivered to…

The funeral spray was not delivered to the church as per the instructions. They kept changing their story as to why they did not make the delivery, and they wanted to give me a $15 refund (for a $ 200 arrangement). They also kept disconnecting with my phone call as I was trying to find a resolution. Horrible!!

Maybe I got lucky, but came through for me on Mother's Day

Ordered the afternoon before Mother's Day. The only retail florist in the small town wasn't taking any more orders and other online services were also saying it was too late. Ordered at flowerdelivery.com, then checked the reviews here. At that point I was sure I had been scammed. Absolutely shocked to find out that the flowers were delivered Mother's Day morning and that they were beautiful. Flowers came from a small specialty florist, maybe someone working out of their home.

Terrible

Terrible. i would not order from them every again. order flowers to be delivered five days later still not delivered left messages over and over due to no one would answer phone. when i did finally get a live person wanted to give a $10 credit. when asked about their guaranteed she had not response. DO NOT waste your time and money on these folks. TERRIBLE.......

If I could give zero stars I would

Ordered over $100 worth of flowers for Mothers Day. Said guaranteed delivery Sunday May 8. After looking at reviews I felt skeptical and tried to cancel over 5 times through the website where they kept saying someone would contact me shortly (never contacted me). Then I get a message midday Mothers Day saying my flowers cannot deliver and will be there Monday. Tried emailing/calling everything because I didn’t want them Monday (they didn’t show up anyways) . Never got a reply. Finally had to dispute the charge through my bank. Save your money and use FromYouFlowers!!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was so embarrassed.

I ordered flowers for my 97-year-old mother. I ordered them for delivery today the 9th because she would be at home. I also paid for the express delivery. They were actually delivered yesterday. My sister called to say the flowers arrived. I had ordered the blooming basket for $64. The arrangement, if you would call it that, was just thrown together with very few flowers, some were even wilted. My sister bought our mom some flowers at Wal-Mart. They looked amazing and cost less than the $88.46 I paid. She sent me pictures of both, and I was so embarrassed I paid for what was delivered. It was horrible. My sister was upset for me. I want to get my money back because what was delivered was NOT worth what I paid. As a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income, I can't afford to throw away good money and yesterday, I did.

Pleasantly surprised!

I regretted purchasing my flowers because I read reviews after I bought them and was nervous. I ordered flowers for my wife for mother's day, but ordered them at Midnight the day of mother's day. They didn't arrive mother's day, but I was expecting that. they arrived the day after however, and I got exactly what I ordered. I was very surprised after all the reviews. My wife loves them!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day that never arrived. Called them and was immediately hung up on. Submitted emails and never heard back. Will dispute this charge. Terrible service. Used HEB for a different order and the flowers were delivered on time in perfect condition.

I am disappointed

I am disappointed. I ordered flowers for mothers day, before mothers day and have not received them yet. I tried to check my order and cannot pull up the information and price for that order even though I set up an account with a password. It is now going on the third day and no flowers, just messages on my phone saying they are sorry they were not able to deliver. I will not be ordering from this company again.

This company is the worst experience

This company is the worst experience I ever had sending flowers. I ordered online they did not send me a confirmation email. When you calling to check on your order you can't talk to a person to ask you to send them your email address most likely for marketing purposes. They did not deliver the flowers on mother's Day when they said that they would. He sent me a text at 3:45 pm. Saying that they would not be able to deliver the flowers however they charge my account. Now when I try to get a hold of them it's all hurry up and wait or we'll get back to you you can't get a hold of anyone at customer service just bad bad service

Delivered on time and they were…

Delivered on time and they were beautiful! I was skeptical after reading these reviews, but they did an EXCELLENT JOB‼️ I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again! Thanks flowerdelivery.com ❤️ ordered 03/22/22 delivered 03/23/22 (we live in a very rural area)

Do not order from them

Do not order from them. They are scammers!!! I was given a run around after ordering a spray for a viewing and funeral. They called and said they couldn’t do a spray (needed two days notice - didn’t say that on the website). They could do a basket. I wasn’t happy but gave permission. It was to be there at 6:00 that evening and would then be at the funeral for 10:00 the next day. I got a call AFTER the funeral started that they were unable to fulfill the order and were unable to tell me why. They could deliver to the families home later. I said no. I’m worried I’ll never see the refund. Save yourself the headache. Order from a reputable company.

Do NOT order from this company

Do NOT order from this company. The flowers I ordered for my grandfather’s funeral service never showed. I called, and they said the florist could not deliver to that address. I asked why I wasn’t made aware of this prior to the day of?? I am beyond upset and embarrassed and I truly believe this is a scam.

Wrong order. Poor service.

Ordered 12 large roses (paid extra for upgrade) for Valentines Day. Recieved 6 average roses and a bunch of tiny prim roses. Company will not get back to me with resolution. Do no use this company!
