TL;DR will never be patronising their services further.

I made the purchase on their website on 4th May for a delivery on 7th May(9am to 1pm) as I working during the Mother's Day weekend and wanted to surprise my Mom before then. Come 7th May (Vesak Day) not only did the Mother's Day flowers not arrive during the window, time check now is 5.36pm and the driver who has still not dropped off the flowers had the audacity to inform his company that the order HAS BEEN DELIVERED; delivered to whom I am still wondering when I have been home waiting all day...

The customer service line with a terrible headset receiver(filled with distortions and echos) and agent whom I spoke (Natasha I believed) and later texted me to say the delivery team made a mistake in their delivery timing as they thought that it was for an afternoon time slot and that they would be arriving soon; I spoke to them at 1.12pm, 1.55pm, 3.31pm and convened with them on Whatsapp thereafter. Natasha was pleasant but I'm sorry, no amount of apologies or compensation would be able to lift the frustration and my time wasted waiting. I had to order food delivery incurring delivery charges when I could have stepped out for a quick grocery run or take-away during this Circuit Breaker(lockdown) period.

Update: 5.50pm the flowers have just arrived with warm water and condensation inside the vase, when i queried the delivery personnel he mentioned that he had only been given the flower about an hour ago, which completely contradicts everything the customer service had said thus far. Those flowers must have been sitting either in the warehouse or van long enough for warmth to be build up inside the vase; finger pointing between delivery personnel and the office. The flowers also arrived in a different vase design from what was advertised on their site and it just adds to the list of my disappointment with them.

For the money that you would be spending, I would suggest you consider some place else.

Best place to send flowers. I am ordering flowers at 5 AM and it was delivered at 12 pm sameday

Took money out of my PayPal. Didn't order flowers and didn't receive any. . Also didn't get refund... disgrace..

if u are looking for flower and needed an expert, go to their website. totally worthed. they are so helpful, and the best is they let me know once the flower delivered.. Good job Floweradvisor. u guys rock!

Though I was initially taken aback to be informed that the goods I ordered online was out of stock, recovery actions was taken almost immediately. I was offered a couple more options with a higher value than I had paid.

With such prompts to inform me that receipient has received the flowers, I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I'm just absolutely frustrated with this company.
The picture shows a bouquet of flowers with a bicycle. I thought i was getting exactly that. I love the language used. You would think they would check their website before launching it. Who would understand "Important Note

Property means the bicycle!!!! I have done a survey while waiting for Kate. Out of 20 people, 0 understood, that property meant the bicycle.

Their website - Flower Advisor Singapore does not even send me an email to say that i've purchased flowers. Live help kept on asking for the invoice number. Kate from Live Help finally asks for my email address to trace. I've been online with her 25min now and counting. She's silent eversince i gave her my email and i've asked for the manager to give me a call.

I doubt I will ever order from this company again. Worst Customer Service.

Really pleased with the support and service offered from the teams from Singapore and Indonesia. Flowers and (last minute) cake were delivered in good condition.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to an old neighbour of mine who had moved away. The bouquet arrived on the correct day - her birthday - and she was thrilled.

Absolutely terrible service. Paid $20 for a specific time, 9am delivery on V day. Not only do the flowers NOT arrive at 9am, no one calls me to inform me about this. When I call you up about it, I am told that the shop is too busy and flowers should arrive by 5pm. Hello, if I had someone at home to receive the flowers at ANY time of the day, I wouldnt have paid for the specific delivery timing? Totally ruined my plans for the day, wished I had gone to another shop instead.

Confirmed delivery 3 times, at day of delivery I had to contact them, and they told me they cant deliver anyways.
Destroyed my long distance relationsship anniversary day.

I ordered a flower same day for delivery to China, and the Flowers is delivered within 2 Hours from the time I placed the order! My friend was very surprised when she received the flowers. She was really satisfied with the Flowers that are delivered and start posting especially in Social Media which make her friends jealous! I would like to Thanks Flower Advisor for doing such a good job! I'm amazed and impressed how do you guys manage to do it! Basically they provide fantastic Service & Quality!

My friend Gaelle received her flowers and was very happy. Apart from the fact that there was no lilies but the site doesn't tell you that, I was very happy with the service.

After trying to order some flowers and being told that the type chosen wasn't available, the alternative order wasn't delivered and my complaints were ignored.
