The only reason I’m giving 4* is…

The only reason I’m giving 4* is because they way my order was handled by phone, I’ve order around 1:34pm and was already 8:30pm and still showing prepared, the person that answered the phone was rude and her interest into solve my problem was zero, she put my call on hold and got disconnected, when I called back she said someone from uk customer service would give me a call which didn’t happened, but thankfully my godmother got the necklace and the flowers so overall happy for it

Disappointed

Service was simple and I received the flowers onthe very same day.
However, firstly they call me to tell me they don't have the ones I wanted but they offered a substitution which I assume they forgot to include. Secondly, the order was marked as delivered when they didn't even start the delivery. Finally, the flowers delivered are all not blossomed yet (unlike the picture) so not a great impression to the eye...

Amazing product and quick delivery London

Amazing product and quick delivery to London Canary Wharf area. Highly recommended, value for the money as well - I already bought from other companies but I believe this one was the best value for the money for red roses.

Valentines fail

Honestly, I ordered from them 2 times before with excellent service and execution. However, on valentines day they really showed their colors and diseconomies of scale. They didn’t deliver the product on the specified period and customer service were well mannered with no solutions. Had to stay on the phone for 30 mins to reach someone.

Gutted to say this but if your not ready and capable to undertook high amounts of orders on valentines. Don’t facilitate it please as your ruining lots of ppls expectations on an important date.

A great one-day service. I ordered flowers and it was delivered in 2 hours the same day. Excellent quality and service. Will use it again.

Amazing service 100% recommend.

Ordered the flowers at 4pm & my partner received them at 5:45pm. I received a whatsapp message as proof of delivery as well. Absolutely amazing for last minute flower delivery, will 100% be using them for future occasions

Terrible service

Paid for the express delivery and flowers were delivered late, outside the advertised delivery window. Additionally, the receipt (with the price tag) was included in the delivery which is not ideal given this was a gift.

The flowers are nice, but the delivery service wasn't great.

Same day deliver? Nope

Delivery was two days late after the occasion. I called and was told i would get a call back but never. the call went to the recipient of the goods and not myself to explain the delay. Not a good service or user experience in all honesty. A shame.
