FRAUDULENT TRACKING DATA — DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order with Stylevana NL (Order #BWSVNLB2000059014) and waited over two months with no delivery. Every time I contacted customer service, I received the same copy-paste response promising shipment “within 7 working days” or “10 to 14 working days.” None of these promises were kept.
When I finally demanded a full refund, they suddenly sent me a shipping confirmation with a Floship tracking number. Here is the most alarming part: the tracking page showed shipment milestone entries dated 24 and 25 March — but I received this tracking link on 21 March. The tracking system was displaying events from the future. This is not a system error. This is fabricated tracking data.
When I pointed this out, they responded with yet another generic email saying the parcel had already been dispatched and they could not process a cancellation. They even had the audacity to say “we hope you may consider keeping the order” — an order I have never received and likely never will.
I have screenshots of everything: the future-dated tracking entries, all email exchanges, and the order confirmation. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank, filing complaints with the European Consumer Centre Netherlands and the Dutch consumer protection authority (ACM), and reporting this to the Hong Kong Consumer Council.
If you are reading this before placing an order: DO NOT. Read the hundreds of similar reviews here. The pattern is always the same — delays, generic responses, fake shipping confirmations, and no refund. Save yourself the stress and your money.

The don’t even deserve one star

The don’t even deserve one star. Their reading the address is stupid and their pretending to deliver is all hoax to make customer more mad. Or they just provide wrong information in the tracking.

Good experience with Floship

Good experience to have Floship as warehouse for around 2 years cooperation, the charge is not cheapest but good to communicate as in the same time zone.
Some warehouse operation need to improve such as lot/expiration management but overall the variable ship options are good to fulfill e-commerce needs.

We've had a great experience working Floship in Hong Kong, Italy and North America

We've had a great experience working with Floship, thanks in large part to their incredibly supportive account team — especially Shannon and Gabriele. They've gone above and beyond to coordinate across multiple time zones, stay on top of complex tariff situations, and help us navigate international logistics with confidence.

What stands out most is their scrappiness and resourcefulness. This is a high-touch team that gets things done. They’re proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed — not just maintaining the business, but actively earning it.

Deliveries are reliable, and packages almost always arrive as expected. On the rare occasion something goes off track, their support channel is responsive and helpful. All in all, Floship has been a strong partner, and we really value the hands-on approach and hustle their team brings to the table.

Highly recommended - amazing experience!

After over a month of working with the Floship team, we are incredibly satisfied with their service — from customer support to the warehouse! This is the first fulfillment center we are working with that is located in Lithuania. In addition, we also operate our own warehouse in Slovenia.

Whenever there is something urgent, their response time via email during working hours is under 30 minutes, and our account manager on WhatsApp is very responsive as well.

Overall, our team is truly pleased with their fast communication, quick problem-solving, fresh ideas, and the dedication of the fulfillment staff who handle our packaging.

So far, they have successfully shipped around 94 packages with fast packing and quick delivery times (2–3 days).

They also offer monthly video calls to ensure we stay up to date on everything. In July, we’ll be visiting the warehouse to meet the team in person :)

Highly recommended!

A company to steer clear of by every measure.

I strongly advise against using Floship—avoid this company at all costs.

Firstly, dealing with Floship is a constant blame game; no matter what goes wrong, it's never their fault. They consistently make severe billing errors, adding arbitrary charges to invoices that defy explanation. Expect at least a 25% markup on all shipping rates, clearly padding their profits at their clients' expense.

Moreover, their inventory handling is a nightmare. They frequently pack and ship orders in the wrong cartons, but when confronted, they refuse any responsibility and conveniently shift blame elsewhere. Inventory reception is painfully slow, significantly disrupting business operations and causing unnecessary delays.

Their approach to invoicing borders on absurdity—they charge for anything and everything imaginable, often items that shouldn't even be billed. Communication with their customer service is a robotic experience; the representatives seem detached, scripted, and entirely unaccountable. It's evident none of them have actually visited or understand operations at their own warehouse.

Having personally visited their Hong Kong facility, I can confirm it's disorganized and highly unprofessional. Overall, Floship provides a frustrating and unreliable service that consistently harms rather than helps your business. A company to steer clear of by every measure.

Promise the world deliver nothing

Promised great prices from a range of freight companies and only ever gave the option of DHL. ended up cheaper to ship from my local post office than to use their service.

Over the years I have had multiple account managers each as bad as the previous, don't respond to emails.

Biggest mistake I have ever made was moving product into their warehouse.

We've worked with Floship as our…

We've worked with Floship as our fulfillment partner since 2023, successfully shipping out two Kickstarter campaigns with their support. While there were some growing pains and learning curves along the way, their team helped us navigate the complexities of crowdfunding fulfillment.

A special mention to our account manager, Santosh, who has been helpful throughout the process. There were some delays in communication, but we understand that our fulfillment always falls in December—one of the busiest months for logistics. Packaging delays were sometimes out of their hands, and shipping to military addresses took longer than expected.

Despite these challenges, Floship played a key role in getting our products to backers around the world.

Not a customer-first company

This is not a customer-first company. Doing business with Floship has been like pulling teeth.

A little bit of a background. We are a small/medium business that have worked with 3-4 3PL services before and since using Floship.

Floship has been subpar to say the least. I believe this is because they are too big to provide good service to their customers, and try to put responsibility squarely on the customer without adequate assistance. If you are a big company that sells one or two products and can have a dedicated team member on it, it may be the right fit. But, otherwise, I would not recommend them.

Things that have happened in the year we traded with them.

• We had a representative. Initial handling was that they wouldn't respond to emails and had to lodge a complaint to get them to be more consistent. When making requests to them, they would respond that the customer needed to do it and would often not provide a process on how it should be done.

• They transferred warehouses and charged us for the transfer. We noticed the amount discrepancy and they noted it was the transfer and we shouldn't have been charged for it. To reverse it, their IT department took a week to manage.

• They provide a price quote that, on the two occasions we bulk exported orders, were different from reality. Enough to make our other 3PL partners more cost effective.

Our conclusion was that though they provided a platform to reach out to our Asian customers, it was not cost-effective or smooth enough to maintain a partnership.

We ended up going with a smaller Australian-based 3PL company and have not looked back since.

Floship is the WORST thing to ever happen to my business

My business was doing great until I started working with Floship. They lied in their sales call about the delivery cost and delivery time from Hong Kong to the USA for small parcels. Or they didn't know what they were talking about - either way, it has cost me tens of hours of headache, completely eliminated all my profit, and forced me to basically shut down my business until I can get inventory back to the 3PL I was using before.

In the sales call, they said if I stored inventory in their facility in Hong Kong, they could get packages to the USA in only 6-9 days, costing only about $7-9 per package. Sounds too good to be true, right? After shipping several dozen of these orders, I come to realize that these are costing me DOUBLE that (completely eliminating all my profit), they are taking nearly TWICE as long to arrive, and many of them aren't arriving at all.

I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews on here - they must be paying people to falsify reviews. Stay far far away from Floship. Based on my experience, they are essentially scam artists.

Beware. Don't send them your stock

Beware. Please read this carefully.

They are not a direct warehouse where they can help you move your stock and do the errands you need to make your online business work.

They just hire third party warehouses in which they don't have any control, or communication with.

If you need to do specifics, be patient because they will keep you waiting for weeks or even months.

Please don't send them your stock. You will regret.

They sell you cheap prices and it is really expensive the experience I am having waiting them for weeks to see my stock move little by little.
