Bought a cardigan from this company. Extremely poor quality. Complained and between 11.30 am and now 5pm have received 24 do not reply emails saying the same thing, 'an agent will contact within 7 days ' !!!. What a joke. If I could I'd rate it ,-1star.
Materials are of poor quality, colours are not accurately portrayed, website does not work properly - ever, and trying to follow the returns policy will make you lose your hair.
Tried to contact this company for a return phone number was disconnected, no returns address, they never returned my email, on the chat online they said it was only for pre sales, when I logged back to my account they have deleted my order, so I cant send anything back very disappointed now I am stuck with clothes that don't suit me
Do not purchase from Florydays. It is so frustrating to get money returned...MY RETURNS ARE IN BELGIUM WITH NO ONE TO RECIEVE THE PACKAGE...FLORYDAYS SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE A RECORD OF ME ON FILE EVEN THOUGH THEY SEND ME AN ADDRESS TO FORWARD ITEMS IN BELGIUM. Soooooo baddddddd! They are scamming me. They make it sound like they were addressing the issue of NOT sending my package. They never sent it but collected $51... Still no package arrived since March. They are really difficult to deal with.
