I accidentally ordered more bras than I thought , the offer on the bottom for more was a quick click and I clicked, but didn’t mean to.
I got in touch straight away and they offered me another offer , but I couldn’t afford more than 1 bra.
They understood and refunded the money for the extra bras.
Very happy.
The bra I ordered hasn’t arrived yet, so I can’t comment on the quality , fit etc .
But I find it quite unusual to get your money back when you have made a mistake.
I’m so happy with the service, hopefully the bra is fabulous

This company is the worst. They up charge. They will not take returns. They just string you along, do not buy from them. Worst company ive ever dealt with. And it gets even better, they sent an email saying they'll send new ones at no cost and then charge my PayPal 35 bucks for what. I have no idea. I started with a 20 dollar order, now im into it around 150 bucks with nothing to show for it.

Fast delivery. Great customer service. I was sent the wrong size and it was made right by me giving my measurements to the amazing young lady that helped. Bra is amazing it makes my 34Gs stand back up. So Happy with my decision to order. Stayed on fence way too long bout ordering.

The bra size is wrong, tried contacting the seller all I got was an email back to say someone was looking into my complaint, then to add insult to injury they have taken another payment from my account and I've not ordered anything else, do not use

Two of the bras arrived two inches too short, in 32C instead of 34C, while these scammers put the same size tag on all.
Refused to provide a refund or a return label - here's their full response:
"We apologize for the frustration and understand your concern regarding the sizing inconsistency between the bras you received.

We did review the image you attached; however, we were unable to clearly see the bra tags in the photo provided. We appreciate you clarifying that all bras are tagged as 34/75 despite the noticeable difference in length.

In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we'd like to offer you a 15% refund, and you may keep all the items you received.
Alternatively, you may return the products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are not providing free return labels.

DO NOT BUY!!!

They went out of their way to make sure I received the correct size and were so helpful and courteous

The product is beautiful and the fabric is so soft, unfortunately my first order was to small, however floral secrets was very quick to respond with a resolution! Great customer service once I did get a reply to a couple days. But overall good product, great customer service.

I didn't realize at first that the VIP experience was an additional charge. I happened to see a comment on one of their social media advertisements that made me nervous so I emailed customer service. I told them I only wanted the bras I'd ordered, not a monthly VIP subscription. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sophia who didn't just take care of closing the subscription, she also let me know I'd be receiving an email confirming when my order shipped and she was very friendly & personable too!

I know this company has some complaints but so far I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Sophia!

The bra wasnt a great fit but the team- Ellie especially were so incredibly helpful to try rectify the sizing issue but also were very happy for a refund to take place, was quick and efficient with discussions and responses.

Polite professional staff, who are there to help you. They go out of their way to help you. The Greatest support staff I have ever dealt with. Very efficient and they reply promptly.

I had ordered based off of what my size is on my bra, and the size I got was waaay too small. When I emailed their customer support team, they got back to me quickly amd helped me resolve my problem.
I made the mistake of not reading their size chart, and simply going off of what my bra tag said. They were generous enough to send me a replacement with no extra cost to me, which I was very grateful for.

This bra truly is comfortable, and thankfully doesnt stab me with each breath ' thanks to there being to underwire. The front claps is also a god-send, because doing an ungodly number of claps BLIND has been a huge hassle.
Not to mention- my breasts look amazing!! I used to look flat-chested due to my posture, BUT NO MORE!!~

I truly do love this bra, it is cute, comfortable, and sexy in the front. When I get enough money, I will be buying more!!

I bought two of these bras unfortunately they didn’t fit so I contacted customer services for a refund . Avery who delt with my enquiry was fantastic the issue was resolved very quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the outcome (I am waiting for the proper size to come through and I’ll review the bras )
Customer service was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company I cannot praise them enough .

My first set was to small when received. I emailed the company about it and they didn't hesitate to replace them with correct sizes. Even talked me through how to correctly measure. The bras are great looking to.

My items arrived and the sizing was totally wrong. Also the quality was not very good. After lots of chasing they said I could return them to America at my own cost, this would cost me more than I paid. So they offered me a 50% refund. Everytime I message them the amount they say they will refund gets less. They take ages to reply and are not a good company to deal with. I would not recommend ordering from this company. There is no warning that should there be an issue it’s impossible and expensive to get your money back.

I ordered bras from you and never received them. And now you take another payment from me. Now I would like to receive all my money back. I did not place this order for anything else. I would greatly appreciate it if you could return my money.

I got everything resolved and the person helping me was nice.

Cindy is what made the experience so great. Size was not what was expected and needed larger. She helped me with that, then assisted in getting the mailing address changed. She even updated me when the mail carrier had no tracking info update.

They have been very helpful & quick to help me resolve my problem.

Sadie got back to me quickly during our email exchanges. She offered me several choice and was very understanding and quick to assist me without any hassle.
