Excellent customer service
I ordered a bra from this company, first off they are very pretty but they run very small. So the size you normally wear isn’t right with their bras. I emailed customer service and was answered quickly. I told them my problem and they told me to keep the too small bra, send them my measurements and they sent me a new bra that fits. This company has excellent customer service and their bras are so pretty.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They added two extra bra packs to my original order of ONE bra and charged my PayPal without my consent. I emailed to cancel the order immediately but they said it had already gone through (even though it was within 10 mins)! I have asked for a return address three times and they still haven’t given it! In response to this review they will ask me to write to their customer support service which I HAVE ALREADY DONE X 3!! I have issued a formal complaint which they haven’t emailed a response to. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and they have said they will respond by 1st Jan!!! Absolutely appalling company, should not be able to operate!

The team at floral secrets, especially Claire, went above and beyond to try and help me find what I was looking for with their company. 10 out of 10 ranking for their customer service, I’m honestly so impressed with the level of professionalism I was shown throughout our emails. Unfortunately, the product that I bought and then had replaced still didn’t fit, but I cannot stress enough how incredible the team working for the company is. I will most likely buy from this company again purely based on the customer service level I was given.

I was so EXCITED when I found this bra and it came in the mail! Except I didn’t check the size guide and ordered my “normal “ size! So when I put it on it was awful! I got ahold of the company and they helped me figure out my correct size according to their chart they emailed me! I ordered a 34 C … cup perfect band not correct lol I am at 38C and it made the BIGGEST difference! I freaking LOVE this bra it’s PER! Thanks support for helping me correct my error and sending me the correct size! The one you let me keep fit my daughter! So thank you for an amazing bra and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also in the fastest timely manner possible! Don’t worry, I’m DEFINITELY ordering ALL the colors!!!

Replaced an order for
A bra and within two weeks I received over 10 bras which wasn’t my order, none of them fit and we started getting additional charges placed on to our card. I a currently having trouble to return for a full refund of all monies taken without my consent. This is a huge scam.

Lathe customer service was great. The time it took to get my replacements was a lot longer than I thought it would be. The bras are not a good fit for my body type, but are nice .

If I could give zero I would. Have ordered several bras from them and none fit correctly. Then today I find that they have taken more money from my PayPal without authorisation. Absolute scammers.

Horrible don't fall for this
Horrible don't fall for this! I can't believe I did. The clasp in the front is so uncomfortable and doesn't work which defeats the point of the bra. I have tried and tried and my hands hurt from trying to reach under my books to hood the bra that I can barely hook with it off or me. It's totally impractical.

I've purchased 5 bras because my friends wanted one too!
I ordered 1 bra months ago, loved it and order 3 more. 2 for ne and one for a friend. The wrong size was sent for my friends bra. My size was sent, so good on them for thinking I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. They kindly sent the correct size and I was able to keep the extra one, which I gifted to another friend!! Thanks so much for the extra effort that went into getting the correct size. All 3 of us love these beautiful bras and we will be purchasing more!!

Product not worth the hassle!
Bra nowhere near as comfortable as they claim. Different colours in same product also different sizes! Red fits fine, nude doesn't fit. Both the Comfort Rose Bra and ordered from same page.
Check out process tedious as keep hammering you with more products that you're not actually able to view properly and the slightest wrong button press you'd end up with god knows what as you aren't able to check or review the total at the end of it!
I said no to all of these yet I was charged the same amount as my initial order again this month. When I contacted customer services, they claimed I had signed up to some service or other, which I absolutely had not - how convenient this 'service' was the same cost as my initial order ($35.98)!
They have refunded, and were quick to respond to my complaint. However, also had the cheek to continue to try and push this 'VIP service'.
As if I'd say yes to anything else - they'd probably start charging another unauthorised monthly fee!
Avoid these scammers like the plague - products are nowhere near good enough to be worth the hassle.
Edit: interesting that the reply below is similar to so many others, yet nothing has changed.

I got the wrong size originally. I dealt with Tiffany who went over and above to make sure I received the correct size and got them quickly. The bras are very comfortable and well made.
