Fixed order. Beautiful fits!
First order was wrong size. Customer service was quick and immediately sent replacements. Bras were as pretty as shown. I did have a weirdness where my girls seemed to hang out the sides but i realized i just had to tuck them. My husband is not keen in letting me out with that cleavage. Two thumbs up!

Recieved my order in a timely manner. Realized it was an incorrect size, (my fault) & contacted them about returning it for an exchange. Monica from Customer Service support was fabulous. She sent me a replacement order and even gave me a discount to use on my next order. Love them. They lift and support without underwire and stay in place. I was not able to proceed and leave zero stars so had to leave 1 star. They charged the 19 and sent a cheap figurine so they had a tracking number. Never got a bra. Disputed with them to no result. Reported to credit card. Then charged again 34.71 for a fake order. It is a scam. Called credit card for fraud and to resolve. Called the company number and the same man kept answering and hanging up. No resolution. It is a scam. Do not waste your time and money for someone to steal your credit card info

Ordered 2 both came broken from the start when asked for return it took them about 6 days to get back to tell me no full refund will be sent only 10% will be an i will pay for shipping label as well they have then proceeded to charge my credit card not 1 or 2 but 4 times before my card provider declined it an sent me a fraud alert when contacted them again 4 day wait to hear they are vip subscribers an that I was charged 57$ every 2 weeks for nothing at all but a cheaply made trash broken bra that lead to me having to cancel an get a new card as they refused to cancel whatever they have been charging for its ridiculous rip off an should be against the law for how they rip off people

Very possibly a scam
If it were possible to give zero Stars I would. The only thing I can say positive for this bra is that the band size is accurate and they are beautiful. The problem is that the cup size was for a training bra. I ordered two and only got one. I'm beginning to feel like this is some sort of scam because I am getting no reply and cannot find a way to do the return since I ordered it directly from them.

Floral Secrets Rose bra . What a huge disappointment! It took forever to actually get the bra and now when I have it , it doesn't fit ! It doesn't even look like the bra that was advertised, and it's about 2 cup sizes smaller than what I wear in American size . If I had known it was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered . Amazing bras and team
I bought one of these bras as I have been seeing the adverts of social media and they really are the most comfortable bra I’ve worn I even forgot I had a bra on, so then I order one of every colour, not only is the product true to its advertising their customer service is just amazing, I had an issue in which the reply to me promptly was extremely helpful, understanding, patient and sorted the issue for me the are a credit to the company, will be recommending all th women I know to buy these! Anyone who is looking to buy this bra, please be CAREFUL!! They automatically subscribe you to their accounts after you purchase the Bra. it is written in very small writing in the terms and conditions but nothing clearly stating this is what your signing up for. It then takes nearly £40 after 30 days.
Even when I contacted customer service they gave me the run around asking me to send more and more info.
Stay away from them its a SCAM.

Amazing Customer Service
I bought a few bras and unfortunately they did not fit just right. When I emailed about a return, I got a response from Claire and she was amazing. She worked with me to figure out if I needed a different size. Unfortunately the bras just didnt seem to work for me. But they were very nice bras. Beautiful design and the front clasp was a nice design as well.
Claire worked with me to get a refund processed and the whole process was seamless.
Based on the customer service i received, I would recommend giving them a try!!

Unauthorized charges
If I could I would give ZERO stars. I ordered 1 bra and was hit with 3 additional charges for $231.60 plus I was automatically signed up for autopay. I tried calling the company several times, listened to a recording saying my wait time was under 2 minutes and after 10-15 minutes I hung up. I’ve reached out to PayPal and my Credit Card Company. Hoping this can be taken care of in a timely manner
Company got back to me. Told me I didn’t decline
the offer of additional products, expedited shipping and autopay that I had to decline after checkout so they were automatically added to my order! The additional products are not even the same size of the original product I ordered and are totally useless. This makes absolutely no sense. They offered me a 50% refund which still leaves me paying over $100 for a bra I ordered that was supposed to cost $20. I will be attempting to return the entire order for a full refund once I get it.
I emailed the company separately and received this response so I am now satisfied with the transaction.
We want to let you know that we have now issued a refund of $231.60 USD for the additional items on your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for this to appear back on your original payment method.
Regarding on the subscription, you are currently enrolled in the 30-day free trial of the VIP membership, so you will not be charged during this trial period. This offer is optional, and we strive to make the terms clear during checkout; however, if this wasn’t your intent, we completely understand and are happy to cancel your membership immediately.
