Never received order placed on April 6 2024.

I also ordered planters on May 1, 2024. I have not received them at this time (June 10, 2024). Like others have said don't order from this company, you will lose your money. It is all a scam.

Second scam in two years, two different companies. Are our Consumer Protection agencies watching this happen? Too many scams, too many Players stealing from unsuspecting consumers making us suspect of Everyone!

Absolutely scamming customers cost me £60.00 never ever buy anything of this site...and beware sites using same adverts different company names....first time I never checked reviews b4 buying a costly lesson

Order No 8461 I bought the planters, they said they had been delivered but I was home and nothing arrived. No response to emails. It’s a scam, do not buy from this company - they are thieves .

This company should be banned on the internet as I ordered the planters and after a month said it was delivered but my family was home all afternoon/ evening when it was supposed to have been delivered. The company is registered in Cyprus but it clearly is a Chinese company working out of China . All the tracking if real is fake and starts supposedly in China . This website is a total SCAM !!!!!!

This is definitely a scam. Did not recognise my address or email. Said that the package had left China. It has never arrived and cannot track it. Do not use floral life design.

I had exactly same experience as those below. The alleged company was in Cyprus but was in fact masquerading for China. No one responds. Said it was delivered on a Sunday by the Post Office. As if!!
Deffo a scam.

I also ordered Garden Planters - big package. On tracking website - track718 I could follow that package was delivered and signed under chinese tracking number, but locally chinese number is not used.
Chinese post can't get any information about delivery without providing local tracing number here in Czech. Republic.

DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM Flora life deign! The tracking numer sayś it is delivered 04/08/2024, but it is not. It is a very big parcel that needed to be delivered with a lorry. They keep telling med to contact my local post office, but we do not hade local post offices in Sweden. We hade about 10 different companies that deliver big parcels. I asked for the name of the company the use in Sweden so I could ask them, but they will not give me. They just continue telling me to ask at the local post office wish thas not exist.

The website claims that was shipping the product from UK, so I made an order. Instead received tracking from China post and after 35 days the tracking claimed that the package was delivered but it was not. Nobody even made an attempt to contact me for delivery. Customer service is of no help at all, as they just kept repeating to check with the local post office. I checked twice but they do not have it. Worse they said that that China post tra king number I was provided is not international tracking number. Very disapointed from this website and would not trust to buy anything from them. Such a scam.
