Delivered fresh and right on time! Thank you!

In more than 20 years of using your services, this has rarely happened, but it has happened twice! While I had placed the order for September 6, 2021, without warning me, you delivered my order 24 hours late. I would have liked to have been warned. It's a misstep, but I generally enjoy doing business with you.

The delivery time was perfect and on time, and the whole process was well communicated.....BUT then the only thing that was a big issue was the fact that the Covid plandemic was mentioned, and that it could hinder the delivery schedule.

Not only will you not get flowers because this is a fake company.....be ready to fight thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent credit card charges. This site is set up to only steal your credit card information.

Delivery was on time. Fresh flowers. I would definitely order it again in future and recommend. 100 % 5 stars, authentic and reliable business.

Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered.

Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient.

Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation).

Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response.

This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

I ordered a cake in July for a birthday.
They tried to deliver it on the day, but didn’t contact the person receiving it & as a result left it at a dhl over night.
When we received the cake it was damaged & Unrefrigerated for 24 hours.

Really not great given the price.

My sister got suprised! When she open the box , She was really amazed by the flowers its very beautiful she even thought she has sutor ( but she does't have one) because its really sweet and beutiful boquet of flowers. Resonable price.. on time delivery!

On August 5, 2021, I paid on the website for the delivery of a bouquet to Spain at a cost of almost $ 100 for August 6, 2021. I received a confirmation by e-mail that the order was accepted for processing, the money was debited from the card. On 6 August 2021, my friend did not receive anything, I wrote several letters to the e-mail, an automatic reply comes that everything is fine, your order is being processed.
But until now, neither the completed order, nor the present confirmation of the receipt of my order in person!
I recommend avoiding the flora2000.com service.

Obviously these are scammers!

Yes, I got my money back yesterday, on August 8!
But the surprise, I wanted to make my friend, is ruined!

I highly recommend this fruit and flower basket. Great selection of fruit. Even though the flowers that were pictured were not available, the actual bouquet may have been prettier than the photo promised! Very pleased.

I recommend using for ur floral needs. They went the extra effort in finding me a florist to deliver my order when one wasn’t available. I don't have a picture, but hear the flowers were beautiful. I was sending from the US to friends in Italy and was apprehensive as I was afraid of the language barrier and unknown due to it being international. The company was great! They called me when they weren't home and didn't want to leave them due to the area so they emailed with me to communicate when a good time for delivery would be and everything was painless and successful. Thank you!

Flora2000 makes it easy & affordable to send flowers & gifts to my daughter in Germany even though I live in the USA. Thousands of miles away one has to count the delivery will work and on time. It did ! and not knowing hospitals don’t take hamper gifts was very pleased that the get well gift was redirected to my aunts home.

It was great! The person was truly surprised, just like I wanted. The flowers were excellent quality and even I had a minor computer glitch, timely communication with the staff allowed me to send a gift on time! I highly recommend!

Do not order from this company. You receive emails from a Richard Fullham that you cannot reply to. When you try replying it comes up with email cannot be sent message. I made 1 payment for 3 seperate items they offered on their website and I received 2 emails saying 2 items were delivered. 1 of the items was with a neighbour and the other item was never found. The 3rd item I purchased I received an email saying they didn't have the items in stock and I would get a refund. I am still waiting for this refund.
