Sent wrong floral arrangement of very poor quality then refunded $22 from the $112 purchase and ignored follow up WhatsApp messages. Extremely disappointing transaction on all counts.

Been sending flowers to my Mom through them and I must say they are reliable and they do a great job. Their customer service is excellent (with on-time updates) and the flowers are really beautiful (according to my Mom and judging from the pictures sent).

Still waiting for the answer for my refund but no one replied on WhatsApp and email.

They were suppose to deliver flowers on 8th of march.

I am rating them a 1 star because it will not allow me to give a negative rating! I ordered an arrangement 2 WEEKS in advance of Valentines day, because I needed a morning delivery if possible. This was not a last minute order. I ordered a specific arrangement due to the color that I wanted. The flowers did not arrive in the morning, in fact they did not even arrive that DAY! it was not until almost 8:00 pm the following day, that the flowers arrived. The flowers that arrived were NOT THE FLOWERS THAT I ORDERED! The arrangement that arrived looked like the company had thrown together whatever was left over from Valentines day and sent it out last minute. I contacted FLORA2000, they told me they would give me a refund, that I have not seen. a refund does not make up for a ruined Valentines day. Customer service is Non-existent, What a horrible experience!

It's been a week since the delivery date and still no flowers delivered. The only reply I get is the delivery point hasn't had any fresh flowers to deliver. What the hell !!!

I ordered flowers from US to be delivered to Nicaragua on Valentine's Day for Valentine's Day. They ordered for same day but shop was out of flowers. They stayed in touch with me and worked with me. Flowers arrived on 16th. My wife was happy. I am happy. Next time I order a day or two early. And their delivery fee must cheaper than rival.

My order was delivered the day after Vday which makes it useless as you want to make someone special on that specific day. The messenger guy had an enquiry about the address given, and instead of calling me, he decided to just bring the flower back to the warehouse. When I messaged Flora2000 and asked told them the incident, and even offered to shoulder the grab expenses just so my mom would have flowers on Vday. They just gave you the line "it is not within our reach anymore, its the delivery policy to bring back package to warehouse if they cannot reach the recipient". This is unacceptable as businesses like Flora2000 has complete control over their delivery partners and should be liable if that third partner is incompetent. But to dodge the issue and blame it to the delivery company and just tell the customer that "there's nothing we can do about it" is so unprofessional and unacceptable. This kind of business model and customer service should be banned from business like flower business. They gave detrimental effects on people who spent HARD EARNED MONEY and ruin special occasions. I understand that no business is perfect, but how you handled it speaks volume that you only care about money and not your customer.

Worst experience ever. I trusted Flora2000 with delivery of a rather expensive bouquet of flowers on Valentines day. Firstly, their communication is automated, delayed and poor. Secondly, the flowers were never delivered.
If a flower business cannot deliver flowers on the single most important day in their business then that goes to show how inefficient and terrible they are at business.
Appalled.

I would like send flowers for my girlfriend by Valentins day but no delivery. If you in LDR itˋs important for you to make a sign to think about. Iˋm very disappointed and i never will use this shop again.
I contact by email and they would like contact the outlet. Until this time no answer and for sure no answer anymore.

I ordered Christmas flowers for a dear friend in Victoria Australia who has had a year of ill health. I was told the flowers were delivered as ordered by Flora2000, they were not. My friend never received them. When I contacted Flora2000, all they did was offer to cancel the order and refund my money, nothing about trying to get flowers to my dear friend as I asked. If this was the 1st time I would have thought it was a one off, but this has happened before when my sister, who was having a special birthday never received her flowers, despite my being told the flowers were delivered. Flora2000 advertises they deliver world wide, including to the small town where my friend and sister live, but apparently that is not the case. I have already switched international flower delivery companies and will not use Flora2000 again, they have spoiled 2 very special giving occasions for me which I find totally unacceptable.

I had my credit card number hacked and 2 purchases made for this company. I cannot find any info to contact this company at all. I think it’s shady all the way around. I’m pissed!!

Ordering was easy, big range from which to choose, and when some how I managed to put the wrong state in the receipt address - NA instead of TX - it was very easy to make change.
