DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. 3 attempts to do a decent job for my client and they failed all of them miserably. The first time they got the finish completely wrong; the second time was patchy and uneven; the third time the resin leaked to the floor below damaging the property. Disgraceful job. Utterly unprofessional company.

Great firm. They came out quickly and painted a 4110 sqft site within 4 days from grinding, prep and paint. very helpful and didn't rip me off. I will use them again.

Could not rate this firm any higher, they prepared and painted a 250m2 workshop floor, had an issue (absolutely no fault of theirs at all) with the fibres coming through and came back and charged only for the materials to re-polish and paint again, its now billiard table smooth. Very friendly team, hard working and did a first class job.
I am in the construction world so see a lot of trades and know the good from the bad, these guys are right at the top of the good hill!!

Have used Floortrak on a couple of occasions now for various parts of our workshop. Everytime they have been fantastic from start to finish and we feel great value for money. Great communication throughout from quoting and planning through to the work being carried out itself. The flooring teams are always proffessional and overcome any issues (usually our poor prep!) very quickly. Will always use and reccomend the Floortrak team.

We engaged Floortrak to install resin flooring to our home following extensive renovations works. Having spent hundreds of thousands of pounds re-modeling and extending our home we wanted a floor finish to be proud of. After all, it's these finishes that people notice most. Initially the owner was really helpful, advising on moisture levels, colours and finishes. When things went wrong we couldn't see him for smoke and he didn't come back to site or respond to our contact. Their guys are friendly and helpful but they are out of their depth on high spec domestic flooring. Probably ok in a warehouse. Their preparation was poor resulting in areas around door and window reveals that were messy and unfinished. They ended up finishing joins with silicon sealer! They failed to mix the resin correctly resulting in and area (right in the middle of the floor) that just wouldn't cure. We were then convinced that they could fix this problem by applying a clear top coat. The result was a clear coat full of dust, grit and hair contamination. Perhaps they could have polished this out - but they didn't. A job that should have taken a day on site and 3 days to cure took nearly 3 months and at least 10 site visits, delaying our reoccupation date and cause huge stress. We were passed from one technician to the next. Over a period of time we saw them all in an attempt to get the professional finish we'd been promised. The only person we didn't see was the boss who failed to take any responsibility for the mess they caused. Avoid this company. What a shame, what a mess!

Private Garage, resin coat, previously inspected. First attempt, lots of debris left under the coat. Second attempt, patches where sealant wasn't re-applied after re-cutting. Third attempt, lots of debris again! Not giving them anymore opportunities. 50% paid due to lack of care and attention.
