We purchased some wood flooring from Floorstore Crossgates and it was fitted today by Jonathan. His work was second to none he was very friendly and professional and the finish was beyond anything we could have imagined. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. A big thank you from Ken & Sue 👍🏻

We was at the floor store Wakefield branch to get a carpet for a spare room we was dealt with incredible customer services and nothing was too much for the Sunday team we will definitely be returning customers due to this

Thrilled with the LVT flooring for the bathroom. I was a little hesitant embarking on a complete bathroom refurbishment, which was unexpectedly brought forward and I wasn't organised with the flooring! It was hard to gauge how it would look as I only had a small tile as a sample and there are many different ones but it's absolutely the look I was looking for. As soon as I'd placed my order I was called to arrange delivery. Great customer service, will use again in the new year on the next bathroom!

From beginning to end a great experience! Website easy to navigate, Choice expansive, ordering straightforward. Contact with Liam regarding quantities and choice dealt with efficiently and promptly. Organisation of delivery couldn’t have been any better and finally the driver who dropped off my purchase was so pleasant and helpful. oh my goodness the best flooring company i have ever dealt with - they went the extra mile and more to get me all the fantastic high quality laminate i required . nothing was too much trouble for them in the Reading store - The new flooring is outstanding- this will be my only go to great company in future- thanks Marc

Honestly over the moon sat late last night scrolling for flooring online found this store and was dubious to say the least at how cheap it seemed jumped on here for a quick check and thought I’d give it a go ordered the reclaimed oak laminate underlay and scotia at about ten last night and it’s in my living room already by 1.30 the next day. Called me this morning to arrange a courier even arranged for it to be brought into my house for me as I’m unwell the driver was awesome the shop was awesome and the floor is stunning thank you so much for making it easy I have been sending your link about like crazy I highly recommend to anyone thinking about ordering just do it you won’t regret it.

I was in the Floor Store Boucher Road recently.
I was still in the preliminary stages of deliberating over what type of flooring I needed for several rooms. This didn't matter to the salesperson (Gary, the manager). He took me through all the variations and offered great advice on what type of flooring could go where in my house. I noted this and it has helped me to gain more clarity on what I need. I will be back in the Door Store very soon.

Was served by Gary, at the Newtownabbey branch, was very knowledgeable and helpful, his advice was the great. Ended up buying flooring and doors from Gary. The branch staff all seem helpful with a can do approach, definitely would recommend. Thank you

A very friendly and informative guy called Jason helped us, calculated our measurements and offered assistance in what we needed. Even when we called back he specifically came to help us again. He made the whole process easy, made such an impression I have told others in my family and friends circle if they are looking to go to Boucher to ask for Jason.

I bought several boxes LVT there. After 2 weeks I wanted to buy again but the LVT line was stopped already. The staff still remembered my purchase and recommended similar LVT products. Very good service indeed!

Just one word to start SUPERB,from start to finish if I could give 10 stars that's what it would be...on our first visit seen Chris after explaining I had cancer and would be back when having saved enough,he was a delight to deal with,on our 2nd visit when we were ready we seen Aaron who like Chris was brilliant.....but I have to say the icing on the cake was the fitting crew,what a delight they were absolutely brilliant,fitting excellent,cleaned after them to a high standard,moved all furniture back into room,and so polite while doing it....all I can say boys I've tried for 20 years to keep the mrs happy but you done it in one day,that deserves a medal,well done floor store absolutely incredible service,honestly boys take a bow you deserve it...mike whitty

Marc from Reading store, helped us choose the best options from all the options and we got the best quote we could in Reading. They also recommended best fitters and made the process seamless for us. Really recommend them for flooring and doors.

Absolute pleasure dealing with the floorstore. Ordered 20+ sqmtr of LVT Solid core flooring. Delivery was perfect and flooring secured to a pallet so no damage to any packages. I messed up the installation and needed an extra pack. I was happy to see when the extra pack turned up it was almost double its normal size due to the extra packaging to prevent damage. Great communications after order is placed. Will be using this company again.

Hi was in the Abbey centre store today getting some skirting and door Architrave I was served by Andy mcguire the guy is amazing I couldn't ask for anything better today he even helped me pack the van his manners are top notch and customer service is top league I honestly couldn't praise him enough thanks again Andy great guy!!!!
