We absolutely love using Flocksy to help us with so many digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, copywriting tasks... and more. The team is talented and responsive, and so very fast at completing tasks. Using Flocksy has seriously increased our team's productivity. I would recommend to any agency or business that needs a lot of digital marketing or repetitive admin type of work done. I can't imagine going back to not having this team available to us!

I came to Flocksy as someone with an idea for an online course, and while I have experience teaching and building classes I lack the knowhow to turn that vision into a reality. As someone who loves to write thorough creative briefs (or rather, knows my audience, desired outcome, and can provide creative direction, often including examples), Flocksy has been invaluable. My team there has been absolutely critical in getting key components of larger creative campaigns off the ground. Gone are the days of being frustrated with inefficient team dynamics (I've set expectations for communication with my Flocksy project manager, and cultivate project streams with freelancers who are a "fit"). Gone, too, are the days of pouring money into a project just to be disappointed (I can change my team member, if needed). 10 out of 10 would recommend - and if you know how to write a creative brief, but struggle to manage multiple colocated projects for your small business, Flocksy is a wonderful potential solution to explore!

I have worked with many graphic design & illustration creatives in my career in marketing sales and now as the owner of a small print & promotional products business. In that time, it's proven that true design talent can be elusive, even among those who aim to make it their career.

That said, I have been paired with 6 separate designers with Flocksy for my various projects in the months we've been subscribed, in their smooth and efficient dashboard - and have been thrilled with the final outcome of every single project. End designs have displayed a level of skill, understanding, and presentation beyond what I would normally expect from most designers I've worked with locally.

Of the 6 we've paired with, only one designer wasn't producing a favored result on one project of ours. After a couple of kind turnaround requests from our team, they re-paired us, unprompted, with a highly-professional designer we'd just succeeded with - leading to a very positive end result.

If your business has the need for a full time designer, but not the budget quite yet to hire a person on staff - which is our case as we grow from our 2020 beginnings - this presents a very strong solution. The only drawback to this, from someone hired direct, is that you can't request work back in a rush, if for a trivial need - but normal projects are returned on a very reasonable 48-72 hour timeline, with quicker changes made also.

Lacking Design Quality

I tried a series of projects with them from video to social media to a logo design, and more. Each of my projects with maybe one completely lacked quality design. The video came back very bland (what looked liked animations of pictures I submitted on a white background powerpoint). The customer service team really wanted to try to help and would submit things to other designers which helped, but I still had to provide way too much coaching to the designers for Flocksy's service to make sense. Only giving a two star review because of the attention of the prompt response of the customer service team.

When I first subscribed to Flocksy, I was hesitant and unsure about the investment. I’ve always wanted to outsource video editing but had trouble convincing myself that I needed help. After realizing my attempts at DIY video editing were falling short, I decided to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did!

Flocksy wasn’t my first choice, but after seeing their range of services, I decided to give them a shot. One month in, and I’ve found that Flocksy truly offers *everything* I need. The designers, copywriters, and artists I’ve worked with are incredibly talented, and the work has been top-notch.

Although I haven’t yet used their video editing service (which was my original goal), I’ve tested out their graphic design and copywriting services. I’ve been impressed with the turnaround times, especially considering the level of detail in my requests. That said, the process can sometimes be slowed down by minor miscommunications, but it’s been manageable.

On average, with the Platinum plan, I receive around 3 completed projects per day, which is great! I’m excited to see how the second month goes and look forward to testing out the video editing services soon.
