I just had $39.99 charged to my checking account. The date they used to make the charge was November 2023. I have no idea who these people is and have never ordered or received anything from them I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute these charges and put a block on them to refuse any further charges by them. The amount is the same as all the others that is also saying that they have been scammed by this bunch of crooks. BIG TIME SCAM>

This is a scam 39.99 out of acc. 11/18/23. I want my money back.

Scam. Even though my number keeps changing (Apple does it automatically when you flag a charge)they keep trying. Never heard of them or signing up or buying anything.

I got $39.99 charge on my credit card. My bank shows phone Flix Luv phone # (855) 945-3445. They said I have registered for an online Finance Book ! They said the return policy would take 30 days to return my money. My bank account showed an immediate $1 (one dollar) refund to my credit card.

The company charged me with $39.99 on my credit card and they haven't returned it. I hope it is no charged again next month. I was not a member and they said it would be returned . I guess i will have to wait and see. I don't know how they got my credit card number.

They appear to have perpetrated a fraud and identity theft. I was charged $39.99 without my knowledge and they acquired my banking info with our my knowledge.

This is for sure a scam.
I have been reviewing my bank statement and I have discovered that I have been paying this flixluv since September 2022. My mistake. I do not recognize the site at all. When speaking to an agent, she states that I signed up for this in August 2022. First, I have no need to have access to these specific reading materials. I am very careful about who has access to my credit card information. She had my email address but my husband's credit card number. This would never happen. How they obtained this, I don't know. Contact your bank immediately if this appears on your bank/credit card statement. It is most likely that you did not order this service. The customer service rep stated that she would cancel my subscription. I will allow the bank to do what they need to do.

I am added to the scam list. Was charged $39.99 today for services I never ordered.

This popped up for a class I was signing up for and gave me the message I needed to verify who I was.

I called my bank immediately and they had taken out $1 and then reimbursed me. I cancelled the "subscription" within 10 minutes and their cancel button disappeared.

Their verbiage states they will not charge you anything unless you sign up for a subscription.

My bank closed my bank card and sending me a new one. This really is a scam and I am usually mindful of these! But it hit me on my work computer for a class through the state! So DO NOT sign up or give them any info. I was distracted. Be vigilant!!

They dinged my credit card and I didn't order anything! I'm having the charges reversed.

I was automatically charged by this company as a recurring fee on my back card. A fee I never agreed too.

A scammer using flixluv.com asked for my financial information, while I thought I had won a giveaway via instagram. I can’t find a place in the website’s account settings to remove my financial information. This fraudulent website is setup to look like an an ebook reading or audiobook listening website. And a subscription plan for $39.99 sounds a like a bit too much. All other book reading and audio websites have at the highest a $10 or maybe a $20 monthly subscription plan that you can cancel at any time.

I was charged in my bank account by this company in a pop ad. I believed I was paying bills when I put my informations that is already saved in my computer. It’s a scam. Be careful because they pop in on your screen and you don’t even notice until you get charged. Scam!!!!!

This is a scam. They charge $39.99 per month and there is no way to contact them. I now have to cancel my credit card because of these rip off artists.

I never placed an order through you but yet you show up on my bank statement and I now see it is a recurring charge of $39.99. If I do not receive a refund from you I will have to dispute your charges (all of them) for $39.99.

Watch out for these crooks. They start stealing from you right away after your 5 day trial.

These people are criminals they tell the stop the auto pay which i never asked for and never use there service they will not stop withdrawing from my account i am closing the account down filiing charges on the and the bank
