I really think it’s in poor taste to…
I really think it’s in poor taste to advertise and take payment for something you do not have in stock
When placing an order and the money taken you expect to receive the product within the agreed delivery date.
A website should clearly state wether the product advertised is available
It seems harsh to be leaving a less than positive review but at the same time it’s extremely disappointing

Being able to order over the phone rather than having to put card details into the internet, friendly staff, reasonable prices [some places charge inflated prices for Hobby Master etc] and the order arrived well pack / on time.
