100% Do not Recomend
Would not recommend using Flight Network to anyone. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had booking a holiday, We paid extra money for a flexible ticket option and we had to change the dates for some of our flights which cost us an extra $1500 AUD on top which we paid straight away. It took 6+ weeks to get any information out of Flight network about our new flights, up until the day before we were due to fly we still did not have correct updated flight information, they also couldn't tell us if they had booked baggage on our new flights. Save yourself the stress!

I cannot make head nor tail of my booking. I am ' I admit technologically inept and don't know how to access my tickets. i was informed that all would be well when I turned up at the airport, but I am uncomfortable with this. I would DESPERATELY like to have a verbal conversation with a human being, but this does not appear to be an option. Refunding, communication a total disaster
I have canceled my ticket on the 28th of April, my flight would be on the 31th of May. The whole refund process was a total disaster. I had to contact the airline myself that they refund the money to flight network because they were not able to do that themself, even they charging 40 Euro for that service.
723 Ticket price refund 186 Euro? Where is all the money gone?For which kind of fees? Totally non-transparent business procedure
I have called them very often, but I have only received different answers/ excuses to the same questions…

I informed about a no-show 3 days prior…
I informed about a no-show 3 days prior to my flight leaving and they agreed to rescheduled by charging the difference fee for a later flight, after all the payments they later told it is impossible to reschedule and finally I had to pay a huge cancellation fee because my flight seat went in as a no show. Never book with FlightNetwork.

It was not clear where or how to use the flight ticket. I am assuming that I simply need to quote my flight code, but that wasn't made that clear.

Worst booking website ever
I booked return tickets from Australia to China last night, straightforward return flight with a single major airline, no transfers. 12 hours after making payment I did not receive any communication via email or SMS, even though the payment had been deducted from my bank account. The website showed my order as "processing". When I called customer service, they told me that due to some vague "circumstances", my ticket would take 3 days to issue and that if I wanted to cancel I would need to pay an extra $70. I asked for some kind of written confirmation to be sent to me and received this generic and very unprofessional email:
"Thank you for your patience as we finalize your travel arrangements. We understand that waiting for confirmation can be stressful when you are planning a trip.
Our team is actively working with the airline to secure your e-ticket. This fulfillment process typically takes around 3 days, with a maximum window of 96 hours.
We are monitoring your booking closely and will email your e-ticket as soon as it is issued. You do not need to take any action at this time.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

I asked for an invoice to be sent to me and was told that I had to generate it myself on the website. When I asked for the agent to stay on the line with me while I did that, she flatly refused and upon my insistence said "I can put you on hold for 2 minutes" - then I was placed on hold and after 2 minutes the call automatically disconnected. Then I receive another email saying "your flight is confirmed" and telling me to log on to check my e-ticket, except when I log on, there is no e-ticket and the website still shows my order status as "processing"...
The only saving grace to this experience is that the call centre was easy to get a hold of and that I did manage to generate a receipt from the website, but honestly never would I purchase a ticket through this platform again

UPDATE 3 DAYS LATER
Did not receive e-ticket contrary to first agent's promise. Called again. Second agent told me that because there were some "issues" I would need to wait another 24 hours and if not received by then, to call back and have the case escalated. She could not explain what these "issues" were. I asked for the case to be escalated immediately and after some resistance she agreed, said the case had been escalated and that I would receive a ticket within 15 minutes (why on earth the original 24hr timeframe then?). An hour later, still no email. However upon logging onto the booking site I saw that an eTicket number had indeed been issued (but there was no option to print an eTicket).
I then contacted the actual airline who were baffled by the situation but agreed to send the eTicket to me from their end. However they also informed me that Flight Network did not provide my passport number on my booking (despite the fact that I entered those details while booking) and that I had to recontact them to get that sorted. So more fun and games ahead (judging from the reviews below, I would not be surprised if they asked me to pay a few extra hundred $ to sort out a mistake that they made). Stay tuned...
