Inquired about a number of cars and was told that i would be contacted by a sales staff. No one replied back to me after numerous requests and e mails. Visited the showrooms in Murcia and alicante as shown in the advert and was disgusted with the poor service and the fact that one of the cars advertised did not even exist and the other two cars were not at the location shown in the advert. Apparently auto scout 24 advertise cars with the flexicar banner and address of location that is totally wrong. Autoscout never replied back to my questions about this. When I told flexicar I was a cash buyer the mood dropped and I was never treated with a minimum amount of customer service from the start. This company in my opinion is all about finance and nothing else. Unhelpful sales staff with zero communication skills and sales staff who promise to contact you back and leave you hanging. I will never look at any cars that this company sell or advertise. To many alarm bells and bad vibes. Only 1 member of staff had the decency to apologise to me when I sent in a complaint by e mail. Marks out of 10, I would give minus -8. Flexicar, you replied that i am not in your system and thus I should remove my review. I have e mails and phone numbers plus an apology from a member of your staff from murcia should you require proof. Says a lot for your company's communication that dont flag up major complaints.

there was a car i wanted to buy. it was not marked as reserved. i contacted the manager and he told me it is reserved and he will find me other one. i said i want the same model and pack and he told me "ok". then i see this newcar appears on theirs site and guess what? not getting in count that first car is still not marked as reserved...

Poor customer attention
They sent me a reasonable valuation by email so I made an appointment and drove 80 kms to the nearest centre. When I arrived a quite offhand rep took photos and said the car was in perfect condition. Preciosa he called it. He handed me over to his boss who didn't even look at me, just said we don't buy that make of car. When I asked why they had sent me a valuation he shrugged and said Madrid. Totally unprofessional and a very different experience to compramostucoche.

A terrible experience from start to finish
I bought a car from Flexicar Coruña to be delivered to Málaga. I was told it would take between 5 and 10 days to arrive, as it only needed a basic service. However, after 15 days, I still hadn’t even received confirmation of the shipping date. Later, they informed me—without notifying me in advance—that they had to repaint two parts of the car.
Communication was awful: I had to message them every day, and they would just say “we’ll get back to you,” but never did until I followed up again the next day. I asked the agent for the supervisor’s contact several times, but she refused to give it to me. Calling the dealership was useless—the phone was never answered, and the call would always redirect to Flexicar’s central office.
When I finally went to pick up the car in Málaga, they scheduled me for 5:00 PM and made me wait until 7:00 PM without offering so much as a glass of water. They claimed the car was being washed, but when they brought it out, it still had soap stains and was poorly cleaned.
I would never buy from them again and absolutely do not recommend them. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service.

Abusive handling of reservation deposit, avoid Flexicar
We recently reserved a car through Flexicar, at their Málaga 2 office, after being assured that the reservation deposit was fully refundable if we decided not to proceed with the purchase once their financing options were presented. Based on this assurance, we paid the deposit.
After deciding not to proceed, the situation changed completely. Flexicar suddenly demanded unreasonable amounts of paperwork to refund the reservation deposit, even though the payment clearly came from our verified account with matching name. We spent hours gathering unnecessary documents, and even then it took three more weeks and two further requests before they finally processed the refund.
None of these conditions were disclosed when making the reservation. On the contrary, we were told it would be an easy and fully refundable process.
As a foreign customer buying in Spain, I found this experience very stressful and time-consuming. Sadly, this type of deposit abuse is not uncommon in some used car dealers here. It seems customer reservation deposits are used to fund their operations, and the refund process is made deliberately difficult to keep customer money as long as possible. In my view, this borders on an abusive commercial practice and may violate Spanish consumer protection laws.
The staff we dealt with at the Málaga 2 office were also rude and unhelpful throughout the process, showing little regard for professional conduct.
Before Flexicar responds here with their standard message about contacting them or claiming they followed legal procedures, let me make it clear: they know this case, they had all the documentation, and I already contacted them multiple times. The delays and hurdles were not legal requirements but entirely of their own making.
I strongly advise anyone, especially foreign buyers, to avoid Flexicar. There are many professional and trustworthy dealers in Spain. Flexicar is not one of them.

Deposit paid on a car and informed that I would be due an update the following week. I knew it was a French registration but then I was informed (after chasing several times) that the car's paperwork was not in order. In fact it would take up to four weeks..
I informed them that I needed my car ASAP and to share alternative options - zero options/solutions.
After some battle, the representative then shared my deposit back on the same day.
AVOID.

What a scam
What a scam. I wanted to test drive a Mercedes as I am looking to buy a newer car. They requested a 390 euro NON REFUNDABLE deposit if I did not buy a car from them. Isn't that extortion? Why bother selling a car, just keep doing test drives and keep people's deposits. Shameful company to work with. The sales kid was dismissive, rude and wore his earbuds the entire time while I was trying to ask questions regarding the car. Lost a sale, too bad Flexicar is such a poor company to deal with, I really liked the car.

Awful awful experience. I have lost a significant amount of money due to there negligence. My lawyers have tried getting a response now for 4 weeks to sign the settlement agreement so I can move forward but they do not seem to care! I am now being held Ransom financially because they won’t sign or lift my embargo. Which means my business is affected and my personal finances all because they won’t sign an agreement. Please be careful when using this company! There lawyers don’t care. They only have 1 for the whole company. Speaks volumes in my opinion. Disgrace.

TOTAL DISASTER
TOTAL DISASTER - based on my experience I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs. Bought my car in January 2024 and within 1HOUR I had problems. Over the year the car has been into the Marbella branch on NUMEROUS occasions leading me to believe the car WAS NOT serviced before being sold to me. Within an hour of receiving the car the engine over heated - there was a leak in the water cooling system with water noticeably bubbling out of the pipe as soon as the bonnet was lifted! The A/C was faulty, generic warning lights continue to light up despite the ‘central module’ being re-set on at least three occasions. A noise developed when the breaks were on - into the taller YET AGAIN - there was a fault with the attachment to the wheel! The headlights had none-matching filaments and despite 3 attempts at sorting things out the car was returned to me with the lights shining at totally different levels. Into the taller AGAIN.
The warranty Flexicar claims to provide ISN’T WORTH ANYTHING. Within the first 14 days of ownership I asked twice to return the car and choose something else. I was simply told NO on both occasions without any explanation or justification.
As if that wasn’t enough I STILL have not been sent the permanent ‘permiso de circulacion’ (green paperwork) which apparently is needed in Spain. Despite going into the Marbella branch 3 TIMES and asking for this paperwork no joy. The last time I asked, a few weeks ago, the salesman told me he’d emailed the Seville branch (where I bought the car) over 2 months ago but they hadn’t replied to him! And then a shrug of the shoulders! AND ????? Customer service absolutely zero. What about chasing them up and asking again! Do your job. This is a document I need and it’s Flexicar’s responsibility to provide it.
MESSAGE to Flexicar After-Sales - DO NOT send me a generic apology along the lines of ‘we’re sorry for the experience you’ve had and would like to find a solution to your problem’. I’ve heard it before. SEND ME MY PERMANENT PERMISO DE CIRCULACION.
