Dan doesn't respond to emails at all…

Dan doesn't respond to emails at all seemingly. I requested cancellation via email for the forum subscription service i haas there is no way to on the site but i continued to get payments taken out. I messaged via instagram too numerous times. I've had to go to my bank to try and get the money back and block future payments. Also i had issues for ages trying to reply and comment on my own posts which also took quite a bit of time get approved. I'm not supprised people aren't active on the forum. I dont doubt the video content is reasonable but everything outside of that is just not managed at all. Dont offer a service if you cant manage it.
