Booked room via website. Filled in dates from calendar, number if people 1. Price shown calendar one person E 45.00 plus taxes one would assume one person rate .Small dog E 18.50
Don’t be fooled they don’t have a E 45.00 room minimum two persons per room.
So I Called why show E 45.oo room if you don’t have any .minium persons two show E 90.00 Bo honest.
No comment . Asked if mij best buddy would qualify for second person answer yes.. I ll wait and see next week Charlie mij 4 pound Maltezer is lookin forward to thi trip.likely try to con me out if another E 18.50

Free breakfast also gone be prepared for additional E 18.50
So mij Fletcher advertised calendar E 45.00 room could land up costing me wel over E 100

The place un Oud-Loisdrecht was filthy and noisy!
No decent cleaning service. Furniture, carpet, sofas all spilled with coffee or worse. Glasses, plates and cubs stood on the floorway all 44 hours we were there.
Only good point was the good view from the far to expensive room with uncleaned balcony.

a joke.. We booked Spa and Wellness with an upgrade to Junior suite for a special occcasion. Upon arrival, they inform us that we cannot use the spa and wellness since it all booked out (??) ... Juniour suite smelled like a gym bag, the ceiling in the bathroom was open and smelled like mold.

Contacted customer service for refund to which they offer me another night in their hotels instead and then stopped responding...No thanks I'd rather stab myself in the knee.
