Never leased a car before but everything was explained in detail and the process was very smooth. Car not due till June but this we knew at the start and did not deter us from going ahead. Can't praise them high enough!
Had our heart set on a specific model and deal, which we were promised (by another broker). Waited 4 weeks for an answer, before being told that the deal was no longer available. This left us in terrible position, sold our car, with no other option than to start again and wait 6-8 months of a factory order.
Found ICL online and give them a call, they listened to what had happened and Sam got straight onto it. Over the course of the past 48 hours, he has found the car we wanted, in stock, with delivery within the month. Everything leading up to now has been exceptional, just waiting on a delivery date of our new car! Thanks guys!
