SCAM! Arrived a month later than Halloween and the masks were broken. Been trying to contact them ever since for a refund (as they apparently give “100%” of it back) and they have not responded! Wasted hundred pounds. Do NOT waste your money or time 🤦‍♀️

Awful awful awful!!! I ordered a costume at the beginning of October & only did ‘cause of the delivery dates...they left me plenty of time before Halloween so even if delayed should reach me in time. When not long after, I got an email to say the delivery would be late, well into November, I replied asking to cancel the order as it was bought specifically for a party...no answer. When I received the item I sent another email asking for an address to return it to...no reply. Now the website has completely changed... I should have listened to my gut and not bought it...what an absolute scam site! AVOID!!

Do not use this seller they not only rip you off they will not reply to any emails about returns and not answer calls. AVOID!!!

Items came about a week or 2 late. Then were miles too small when they eventually did come. Messaged the company about returning the items twice over the space of 7 days and still had no reply.

Terrible site - pretends to be in London actually in China. The goods are super shoddy - avoid avoid avoid - seems impossible to return too. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered 8th October, still not received. Website gives the impression they are based in London, items coming from China. Avoid this company at all costs.

Seems like allot of people are getting ripped off through this website. I agree with all of the other reviews as I had the same experience.

Terrible customer service, took absolutely ages for my item to arrive. Little to no updates. The company says it's UK based and replies to emails withing 24 hours. I've had literally no contact at all. I tried to start a complaint but to no avail. Also their prices are way too expensive.

Complete scam, avoid!

So I ordered from this site about 3-4 weeks ago and my order only arrived 3 days ago.
The website is a bit misconceiving as it appears that the store is based in Britain however they are not they are based in China and I deliberately searched for stockists that were either UK based or in Europe to ensure I’d get my delivery on time.
Now that’s not the main reason I’m giving it a 1 star, it’s the lack of communication. I initially emailed them to chase up my order a contact named Mariane responded straight away a day afterwards a to let me know that it would arrive by Friday and due to excess demand there’s been delays which I understood and was ok with as I needed it on the Saturday. When I tracked the parcel and realised it would not arrive by the Friday they promised. I emailed them again. I have emailed them 4 times in the past 7 days. No response when I’m contacting about processing a return and refund and nothing.
Which is really frustrating.
If your product comes when you need it, then it should be fine but please give 4+ weeks before ordering, however if you’re unhappy with the product for whatever reason and would like a return or exchange I wouldn’t expect much from this company.

DON’T buy from this store.
Order never arrived after waiting for 3 weeks.
No response.
Phone number doesn’t answer.
Going through the bank dispute now.
Don’t waste your precious time with these crooks.

Arrived way too late as promised ... and the sizing is awful .. they ignore emails ... going through bank now ... not worth the hassle and not cheap !!! Very upset little girl aswell ...

I would not order from this website, I was told delivery would be on the 20th October and it still has not arrived and it said it would be delivery in November some time. They also do not respond to emails or pick up their phone.

Ok, so yes, this company is based in China so it is a little deceptive, but I did actually get my order and was very please by it, so i would not say this is a fake website, its just a a little misconceiving.

Lets be honest, everyone has bought the squid game outfit from this website as thats all they are currently doing.

You will get your order but will take around 14-21 days.

I would not evan give this company a 1 star but no option for zero I've ordered over 2 weeks ago stated will arrive in 2 days and I'm still waiting for my order..got a very upset little boy who's waiting for his item.. never will order from them again they don't even respond to emails

I don't understand how people can leave good reviews for this website! Fleatch deliberately mislead and lie about their delivery time as well as their location! They claim to be based in London, but it's a fake address with fake contact details. In fact they are based in CHINA! THIS IS NOT OK!

I ordered from their website and it stated the items would arrive within 2 working days. It took *3 WEEKS* for my order to arrive and the product quality is absolute garbage! I didn't expect the quality to be good, so my expectations were pretty low already, but this is the worst of the worst quality!

I got 2 costumes in different sizes, but when I compared the costumes they were the same size and run extremely large. So they are completely unusable for me!

I have contacted them at least 5 times over the past 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a single reply!

I will open a case with my bank to try and get my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLEATCH! Their products are unusable!

The phone number on the site is fake, called & text it and the person said they have never heard of Fleatch and to contact the bank to claim a charge back as it’s a fraudulent scam site. The email is very suspicious & the address claims to be London when in fact this is in china. Please don’t be scammed I’m just glad I only lost a small amount of money, so your research, it’s a good website but upon closer investigation it’s 100% fake lying scammers. In the highly unlikely event that something arrives in a few months from these conmen I will be back to update this but so far looks like I’ve been stung, please don’t make the same mistake
