Poor Customer Support and Misleading Product Descriptions
I own a Flashforge Adventurer 3 Pro and a couple of their filaments, which I can't really complaint about. However, during my last experience I have decided to expand my portfolio and purchase a Filament Dryer, which turned out to be a complete disappointment. The delivered product, does not match the pictures (i.e.: several cosmetic differences), missing parts, and even incompatible with the smaller 0.5 Kg filaments from same brand, which their claim to be compatible.
Naturally, I reached out for customer support, however the moment they realised I was not happy (i.e. felt cheated) and wanted to return the product, they stopped replying to my e-mails and completely shut me down.I am now escalating this with PayPal, Credit Card and if nothing works will involve a lawyer.
